It was a place to lay my head at night. I do not think we will go back there again.

The bar and grill have great food, drinks, karaoke. The bar staff made the experience much better. The hotel was in a quiet area so that helped.

The property was trashed. Garbage everywhere. The pool was out of commission and green and we were travelling with a lot of kids from out of state for a tournament so it would have been nice prior to our stay to know this. The courtyard doors were locked so you couldn't use the courtyard which looked very nice. The staff complained about everything and everyone. The woman doing the breakfast buffet kept saying how disgusting people were while she was cleaning around everyone. The elevator had not been swept in months nor had the hallways. Our room was decent but could have been cleaned a little bit better. The toilet clogged on each flush. This hotel could really use some updating. We paid a lot for a room with only double beds.

Check in staff and breakfast

Room Keys didn’t work after changing multiple times. I gave up asking them to issue a new one as we only stayed for one night. Hotel seemed very old and rooms had a smell of a damp cloth.

Unpleasant, would not recommend

The staff is good and cooperative

A lot of the things like the toilet flush was not working properly, there was no room service so we had to switch rooms the next night, the breakfast had such less options, the key card were not working most of the time, the telephone in the room was not working so we had to go up to the reception every time there was an issue.

Fri. night was rough but Sat. was great as the group was away & sun lounging & breakfast made it OK

It was a beautiful Saturday and the lounging area outside pool area was spectacular. We didn't go in the pool. Breakfast was AWESOME and the lady SOOOOOOO friendly.

Had big issues checking in Friday night as the desk clerk was alone and had TOO much issues going on with the (team) kids running around hotel while their drunk parents sat in the dining area. Then poor guy couldn't get a card to read to let us (all) into our rooms. I felt so sorry for him as it was 1 am and it was crazy. He eventually got us into another room that the key card worked on. The room was okay but the bed uncomfortable and 6 SMALL pillows very uncomfortable.

You get what you pay for

My group enjoyed the bar that was open. Also, it was very quick to get from the hotel to the highway. Definitely a cheaper option for being close to Pittsburgh and most of the staff was accommodating and nice.

For starters, the hallways to the rooms seemed a bit sketchy. Definitely get what you pay for, though. There was a closet across the hall from the swimming pool that my friend discovered. Doors were not even capable of being locked. It was a large drop to the bottom, some form of utility closet, and it was flooded with water at least 2 feet. I think this is a major safety hazard, especially with younger children. The rooms were a little dirty, my father in law discovered what looked like blood stains on his comforter. The AC/Heating Unit was covered in dust; when we turned it out, it all shot out, and you can tell from previous guests, this happened to them as well, as there was a decent bit of dust bunnies in front of the unit.

Location, the room was comfortable & clean, great breakfast, enjoyed having a restaurant attached so we didn't have to leave.

The pool needs some TLC and attention. There was build up of chemicals and dirt on the side of the pool. Bugs were floating in the water.

we had a late check-in around 7pm. the room was very cold, heat was off. I understand leaving the heat off but the heater was not adequate to warm the room/bathroom. was still cold at 11pm. it was fine for sleeping and ok by the morning (left on high heat and high fan)

Room, space, clean, and service.

Room was missing a chair to go with the working desk. old middle table, and from door, and handle. no security locks on outside doors. the monetary value which I paid for this hotel was too expensive for this kind of hotel. , $108.00 special thanks to the Staff member that was preparing the Breakfast, she helped me by cooking a different kind of eggs, since the ones that they had out on had items that I cant eat.

Exercise room and indoor pool. Big room

Filthy exercise room with broken TV. Pool had to be entered from outside. Herds of children literally running up and down the hallway the last night like they were running laps. To my knowledge management did nothing

It is and continues to be frustrating.

I booked the room. I arrived and tried to check in. The limited staff could not get the device that makes room keys work. There was a backlog of people waiting to check in. After waiting far too long, I canceled the room through booking.com. I was still charged the full cost of the room and am not getting responses when requesting a refund.

Kiddo loved the pool. Rest of the property? Was like getting a "second hand high" at the building REEKS of skunked 420. Not exactly the kind of place I would wanna ever stay at again.

It was not very clean every outside trash can over flowing. room was not ready when I arrived at 7 4 hours after normal checkin.
