Need more polite

the cafe closed at 09, reduced hours and the employees who work should be more polite. on Sunday (7/5/2022) in the morning they will not allow me to have breakfast. Should extend coffee hours and train staff.

absolutely nothing

the rooms were non-smoking but in the entire corridor there was an unbearable smell of marijuana that cannot be classified as a hotel

Do not stay here.

It is better to pay a bit more and stay somewhere else, this hotel is run down need immediate renovation, the lights were not working, AC is noisy, the entire place smell of marijuana! It was not CLEAN and I felt unsafe, don't stay here.

I'm feeling some type of way about my stay

The location, quietness, comfortably.

1. The price- lack of information(bait & switch)I was shown that the room was approx. $80, but once you select & book the room, the price is approx. $117, and then when you arrive, they tell you about the$150 fee for deposit 2. The check-in time needs to be updated on the website. A customer should never feel like they are being taken advantage of when they're spending their money to be somewhere at a certain time. 3. The staff that was there at 2PM on 11/5/2022 when I arrived was so rude & unprofessional. She needs training on customer service.

The overnight receptionist was amazing. Her customer service was truly exceptional! The bed was very spacious. The room was clean & the bed was comfortable!

The air conditioner was horrible!! It kept cutting off, causing the room to be hot & uncomfortable! We were unable to sleep straight through the night. The heat had us tossing & turning. 😔

N/a we weren't allowed inside a room.

well to start off i wasn't aware that there was a payment of $150.00 due for a deposit my husband and i traveled from west palm beach on the train, and we caught 2 buses then, we walked 3 miles to get to the hotel, just to be told that there was a deposit required. Also, my husband and I were Intermittent fasting for 8 hours, the clerk upfront said" she can do $100.00 deposit to let us in, however, we are newly homeless so we didn't have any more funds, instead of arguing with that fact that we spent our last available funds on a room for the night, I just walked away, my husband, was very upset I didn't feel the need to argue i just told my husband to let the creators take care of it. last night we slept in our car, i am currently 6 months pregnant.

Perfect motel if you’re a serial killer

Typical murder motel. Unsafe area, windows not lockable, weed smell across the corridors. We were too scared to go to sleep, let aline walk out the door. Perfect motel if you’re a serial killer.

According to the reservation the Breakfast is included in the rate however at the check in the lady told us that for the covid situation is not serving meals, it is ok but could advise us in advance.

The surprise deposit of 150.00 the smell in the room of mildew and the little flies or gnats on the bathroom the paint was peeling and the tub was mildew as well. There were weirdos hanging around parking lot. And it clearly states no pets and I saw many.. there was ketchup or blood stains on the wall and the bathroom gave me the Willie's.
