Didn’t like the mattress, it was too firm and one of the beds was too close to air vent so couldn’t sleep on that bed bye to too cold

Location

Parking was not explained well by the staff, didn’t know that the additional parking was across the street, front desk rarely answer the calls, breakfast was not the best. And the room was not clean, there was blood stain on the bedsheet.

Enjoyed everyday and enjoyed watching the sun rise in the AM.

Very comfortable bed.

The buffet we tried once and it was dry and some of the fruit was green. When we made reservations the listing said 10 dollar breakfast was available, not offered. Glad we did not use this buffet all week.

Various and tasty Breakfast with friendly and helpful employees. Comfort Location in the middle of boardwalk. Quite good Furniture. Nice front desk employees.

Room was dirty (old someone's toothpaste tube, trash inside sofa, trash behind tables). Very loud AC (it is hard to use it). Room service ignored request for refill coffee and cups. Too many chemicals and bad air conditioning in swimming pool. Not good experience with dining in the restaurant (it took too long and everything were burned out).

My stay was great! My only complaint is that it was very expensive to eat.

Location, cleanliness, amenities, friendly staff, good food at Hemingway restaurant

Breakfast buffet wasn’t complimentary. $16.95 per person. Kids age 12-16 $9.95. Kids under age 12 ate for free. Only 2 kids under age 12 PER FAMILY ate free, all other kids regardless of age were $9.95. Also toilet is low to the floor, so if you are tall or have a bad back or knees you might want to bring a toilet seat riser with you. They give you plenty of towels and wash cloths but they’re thin and towels are small, not accommodating to larger sized people.

This was a quick weekend Trip for me, husband and 2 kiddos and it was amazing. Room was very clean and good size for the four of us. location was right off beach!! The pool was a small size but great four little ones as it was not deep. The service people in the afternoon were so kind and welcoming!

Only thing that could have been better was the food and drinks served at the restaurant in hotel. We got a few alcoholic drinks and they all tased like water and no alcohol. Also, we ate breakfast there and it was decent we went around 2 hours after they opened so maybe if you go right at 7am the food may be fresher.

We did not eat the breakfast. The type of breakfast offered is the standard complimentary breakfast offered at other hotels. Therefore, I choose to go elsewhere. The location was excellent!!

The cleanliness of the common areas lacked care and attention: Hotel lobby, Coffee/water station and Bathrooms located in the lobby. Wiping down of the head boards in the rooms as thee was handprints perfectly seen. There was not enough parking fir the amount of patrons which creates a HUGE inconvenience to contend with while on vacation. Even with the overflow parking lot! There were not enough carts to accommodate those checking in or out!

Pleasant stay but needs some work on hospitality

Love location and that it has a restaurant attached.

Only 1 elevator worked, our balcony kept flooding from AC unit, the keurig didn’t work, we had to call for towels and Tp 2x. When Id call front desk for something no one would show up for almost an hour and would have to call again.

The location is awesome. The beds were clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice.

Only one pool for a large hotel and the chlorine was very strong and it was burning our eyes. Maybe should have windows to open to outside.
