Lots of things very close by. Friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean, quiet stay, pet friendly (no extra charge) no parking fee. I felt like it was worth for what I paid.
No complaints, just wished our room had a microwave and refrigerator but it was okay.

La zona
Todo estaba bien aceptable

Location was near and easily accessible to whom I was visiting. Parking was free.
No coffee service in the room. Bed made my back sore. Walls were thin and I was awakened by someone above me getting sick in the middle of the night, then another person shouting the next night. The staff didn't even mention the availability of paid Wifi, so I assumed wifi wasn't available.

Room and beds were relatively clean. Good places to charge.
Bathroom was clean but not as clean/nice as it could be. Could use more lights.

I did not have breakfast. The location was very central to the places I needed to go.
The price is pretty steep. I understand everyone is raising prices because you can but $140?? I would say $80 at the most would be acceptable.

The Lady working during check-in kept getting interrupted by phone calls while she was trying to help me. But rather than being frustrated or short, she was polite, patient, and helpful to everyone while maintaining assurance with me that I would be helped. At checkout, a second lady was there to help the first and it was a quick and effortless transition out. My partner and I had severe food poisoning and if we had had more money we would have extended our stay because we were comfortably resting and recovering. I would love to stay again.
There was nothing I didn't like. The location was near many grocery stores and had stations. I didn't use the pool, but some people were and they seemed happy. The parking was fine, the noise was minimal, the tv worked, the shower was clean.

The location
Dirty room very slow check In and our room wasn't ready when we got there. We had to wait 2hrs after driving all day. Asked for cleanr
Towels and bedding and they didn't come to our room

The women at the front desk were exceptionally kind

Air conditioning was great, nice pool area.
No shampoo or conditioner, only a small soap. We stayed 3 nights and nobody ever came to our room to freshen it up. We had to gather our garbage and put it outside the door and use our own bag to put in the can. We had to ask for more and clean towels, more toilet paper and more soap. Very noisy traffic on the highway 405 side. No fridge, no microwave and a pain continually having to get ice.

I reserved my room back in April. The hotel tried to charge my card 2 days before arrival then released my room the day the Reservation was for. So I didn't get my room that I booked over 3 and a half months ago. I'll never deal with any Motel 6 again
The poor customer service and the fact they gave my room away to make more money due to the high occupancy levels due to the Jays/Mariners game and the Taylor Swift concerts. My family and I were so excited for our stay only to have to travel the 3 hours back home.

Room was super clean, staff was very kind and helpful. The staff was dealing with complaints from other tenants when I arrived and they were very professional and composed.
The shower door did not fully close, so it was hard to keep the bathroom floor dry. Not an issue though - just used a lot more towels.

The staff entered my room before my checkout time of 11;00 am and took all the towels . When I returned to my room after leaving for breakfast . I returned and used the shower to find out theee were no towels because the staff took them when I left for breakfast . This us not cool at all . I’m very upset bout this insecurity and treAtment

Clean and great location
Not all rooms have microwave or kettle for long stay. Stuff comes in to the room every day to drop off towels. I’m not really sure why it’s needed every day.

Location is great; its close enough to everything
The tvs was said not working in the room I had originally thought of. The staff was nice and upgraded to a two bed with a tv.

The room was very clean, thank you! The bed was too soft for us, but it was clean.
We couldn't get the room dark, the outside light filtered in. The noise from 405 was evident all night.

A drunk and/or drugged up person in the room next to us tried to kick down our door at 1am in the morning. Yelling obscenities, threatening his wife/girlfriend, and going crazy in the room adjacent to ours yelling and screaming. When we went downstairs to tell the front desk to call the police the front desk manager simply said "Wow that's crazy... really sucks..." I told them I'm leaving and want a refund. We arrived at 9pm and we left at 1:30/2am, they would NOT refund me for the first night as we 'had already checked in after 3pm' I half-heartedly argued with the desk person but was honestly more concerned for my safety so I left. Do not stay here it is not safe.

Price was decent considering what else was available in the general area.
Awkward to get into, really tucked away from the main road. Lighting in the room was "recently" renovated, but it was in weird spot; from the wall at bedside level instead of the ceiling. Bed location and fridge/microwave setup were also laid out in weird positions relative to the room's footprint (guess it's easier/quicker to clean the way it is)

The room was up to date and remodeled
No shampoo or conditioner and the toilet was not bolted to the floor in room 241.
