One of my favorite places I will for sure come back

Super clean very close to everything. Safe and modern . I have a service animal who was treated very kindly and the grounds were kept clean

Everything was wonderful. Only issue was no cappuccino or espresso which noticed a few other guests also wanted . Maybe get a self service one . We enjoyed talking to the waitstaff and learning more about them as they were students. Very nice and polite .

Breakfast was good but l prefer buffet style for price paid. Very helpful waitstaff

Lots of noise from hallway, greater efforts need to be made to control the late night returning partiers. They all of sudden just become loud and obnoxious in their floor hallway

I don’t think we would visit this specific hotel indigo again. There were lots of minor things that I didn’t care for ab

Staff was friendly.

The size of the rooms. The last Hotel Indigo we stayed in was much larger in size compared to this Hotel Indigo. There was no hot tub and there was hair in our bathtub in our room. Lots of noise and people slamming doors at all hours of the night.

Horrible an I want my $250 back !

Hotel nasty . Bathrooms disgusting .. pool was yellow .. horriable customer service no towels no rags the worst experience ever . They charged my card for $250 now i have to dispute it with my card an oh yea dogs everywhere the smell is horrible in there the dogs kept barking while I was sleep .. the elevator was scary to get on an off remind me of a low budget myrtle beach trip 0/100

the wait in line for breakfast took forever my tv didn’t work when we arrived

for the price, it was a nice hotel with comfortable beds

it was modern & up to date

for the price, there was no complimentary breakfast. the small bowls of cereal you could buy was $3 each. also there was not a breakfast buffet offered, the only option was to dine in.

An oasis during a difficult visit to see my daughter who had to be checked into a hospital.

I have stayed before and liked it. The menu is a little more restricted than I remembered. The booking was difficult, so I booked the first nights through Booking.com, which was very expensive. The woman on the telephone tried to book me t another property, so I tried Booking.com.

Comfortable surroundings. Great staff. Will stay again, should I return to this area.

We didn't stay for breakfast. We loved our rom and the beds were comfortable. Great pillows. We wanted to stay another night, but no rooms were available.

We just wished we could have stayed another night but the hotel was booked.
