No wifi but everything else fine.

The two bedrooms that allowed for us to get ready quickly and no need to request extra towels.

There was no wifi and nothing was said when we checked in. Had to come back and ask about it and was told nothing would be done until the morning and it still wasn't fixed. Also one of the light didn't work in one of the rooms. There was also a hole in one of the closet doors like it was punched.

Wonderful stay wonderful accommodation. Would definitely do again once in Fort Lauderdale. My new go to hotel suites.

It was such a remarkable place to stay, from the time I entered the room the fresh and clean aroma really surprised me and from there I knew it would be a good stay. My fiancé and I felt very comfortable and nothing was too much to ask of staff or assistance from them.

Will be back expecting to have waffles

The assistant manager Ms Shemma and night shift supervisor Ms Genie was phenomenal ladies on my my stay they show compassion excellent leadership any concerns they handle it wonderful I do appreciate you both thank you both for all you do also thank to the hard working housekeepers and housemen that line of work is not easy at all a huge thank you for all you do I love it the breakfast selection need to add waffles asap ....

The the selection of just fry potatoes for breakfast that a no bueno atleast add waffles machine right next to the toaster pancake batter is very inexpensive atleast give us a second option other than just fry potatoes everything else is a great selection for breakfast

Superb

Our room accomodated our family of five and was cosy and homy. The staff was very accomodating of the additional guests by giving us rooms where possible in proximity to our own. At one time we had 9 guests altogether and everyone felt at home.

Roaches and cleanliness issues

Great location just minutes to a few great restaurant and shops. J. Alexander's is a fantastic restaurant that wow'd us on multiple occasions.

We identified a roach first day in. On the side of the fridge showed a ton of white roach killing powder. Air conditioner was extremely cold and impossible to run or redirect when sitting on the sofa. Freezing or hot. No inbetween. Cleanliness issues on bathroom (yellowish bathtub, hair spotted on the walls). Tried to talk to front desk but they were always busy.

SECOUND TIME AROUND!! WE CAME BACK BECAUSE OF CLEANESS, BREAFAST WAS GOOD WISH IT WAS ALL FRESH COOK NOT FROZEN EGGS BUT EVERTHING WAS BEAUTIFUL!!!.

THE DRYERS DIDN'T GET HOT AT ALL MAYBE I DID SOMETHING WRONG BUT WE MANGED

Roaches in the room

We had roaches in the kitchen, the bathroom and the bed, we complained, they gave us another rooom and offered to take out 3 nights out of 8 that we paid. We have not received any refund. The price is overrated.

Mediocre Hotel

Breakfast was horrible! not too many choice to begin with and very little of the items placed on the counter for people to eat. We had to change rooms because of a slab of hair grease on the master bed headboard even though the room was supposed to be cleaned when we went in. The second room assigned the refrigerator was not working so we had to wait for the staff to come in to fix it. He came in and while fixing it was on his cell phone taking care of his family business. When sked how long until the refrigerator will start cooling he had an attitude and replied that he he did not know for sure that it might take 24 hours. In other words he did not want to be bother with questions. In a suite where the hotel knows ahead of time that 3 people are staying we were given 1 small bar of hand soap for the duration of the 2 nights we were staying in. I booked this hotel because of its proximity and convenient location, nothing else is worth paying their rate. I would not stay at this hotel ever.

Very clean, safe place, laundry available for free, nice breakfast and very helpful staff.

Large rooms, very clean, supportive staff, nice breakfast and quiet rooms.

Beds were too soft and sofa bed uncomfortable! All else was very good. Pools was cold.
