Breakfast not a good as in past years. Location was fine.
Corner lounge chairs in room removed. Needed to ask for second desk chair to accomodate both our needs. Ground floor room, killed 5 big black ants on rug. Did report to front desk and took one ant corpse for proof.

Our room was clean and comfy and met our expectations. The breakfast was well-stocked with typical, simple, hot and cold breakfast foods. The staff was friendly.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn/Hadley for 7 nights, located super-close to our daughter and her family. Breakfast was ample, varied, tasty and well tended by an efficient, pleasant staff. The room was fine - nothing too fancy - with a comfortable king bed. Overall very clean and well maintained with the option for housekeeping on request - a format that discourages the overuse of cleaning products and make-work for staff. Also, my husband doesn't "thaw out" until about 11 :) so housekeeping would be problematic. Plus we can keep a room/bathroom tidy. It was nice to meet the GM, a rare occasion at almost any chain hotel, oh, and the pool and spa are also quite nice.
It would be nice to have refillable dispensers for bathroom staples like shampoo/conditioner/soap, rather than small plastic bottles. So sugge.stion offered.

Breakfast was clean, nutritious and well served. Kitchen staff was very, very professional and helpful.
Our room was not cleaned and no one told us we had to ask to have it done. Completely disappointed by that. Actually, of all the Hotels we've ever stayed at, this was our first experience with that. Kind of shocked. (Stayed in Room 229 & had to kill a couple of large ants, but didn't make a big deal about it).

Rooms and bed was comfortable.
Unfortunately, there was the everpresent smell of natural gas coming from the laundry facilities. The desk staff said that it has been going on for years and was "ok". It was almost unbearable to walk through the reception, everyone in our work group noticed it. The staff totally brushed us off! I eventually called the natural gas company to come and inspect just before we left. No idea what happened.
I would NOT STAY HERE again.

Close to UMass. Great staff.
Could be cleaner. Bathroom had little flies, wall had a carpentar’s ant and bed linens had little black dots.

Newer facility so very clean. Breakfast was basic but provided a few warm choices. Clean indoor hot tub and pool area. Nice sitting area outside.
Price jumps day to day or days of week depending on what service you booked through. Some nights sold out between the needed length of stay. Central for the Amherst area just outside of town but near the shopping and not too far off freeway. Right where I needed to be near colleges, but not walkable to them.

New and clean basic breakfast with a few warm choices.
Pillows were not the best for me.

Nice facility
We had HEAVY RAIN during the night which caused a loud sound similar to fireworks in a distance but stopped when the rain stopped.

I like that not only was there an indoor pool but also a hot tub as I have been on vacation earlier bouncing around sleeping in various family members as I enjoyed a vacation but it was nice to have a nice bed and a hot tub to eat some of those traveling aches and pains

The room was huge! Breakfast had a lot of choices. The staff was friendly and we felt safe.
The hallway light to our room might have been broken? Our room phone didn't work. The elevators were slow, but we weren't in a rush.

The hotel was clean, the room was nice, spacious and comfortable. There were definitely people out in the hallways on Saturday night, but it wasn't too loud. My friend was staying next to a room where the guests were holding a party and the staff moved her as soon as she asked. I was there for a conference, so I didn't use many of the amenities but I got a good night sleep so that's what mattered. And there was a big thing of ice water with lemon by the front door which was very handy.
The road leading to the hotel is a giant pit of potholes. Like break your axle deep holes. Its NOT good. it's easy driving distance to all the schools so that's great, but you can't really walk to a restaurant or anything from there.

I like their pool and sauna.
We requested our room to be cleaned, and it wasn’t clean. We have to go to the front desk to get our towels and shampoo. Also the bathroom got stuck and we have to unstuck it. Also my husband is vegetarian, and breakfast options was bread and muffins.

We had an event to attend at U Mass Amherst so the location was perfect. The size of the room was great. It is located right off the highway so it was easy to get to. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet in the morning was great!!

there were no towels in the pool area in the evening both nights we were there. The front desk did get us room towels both times.
