They went extra mile not only to pick me from the airport but used the courtesy shuttle to drop me to a dinner location in the evening at no extra charge. Very thankful. They were so nice to give me a complimentary late checkout.
Probably need to take time to work on the elevator. It misbehaved a couple of times while I was in it. The swimming pool is not an ideal location neither is it for adult. If you have kids traveling with you, it will work as a kiddie pool.

Kind staff, decent breakfast
Facilities a bit of worn out...

The breakfast, customer service, and the quietness was an overall peace of joy.
The room I stayed in had some damages to the restroom. At one point the fridge wasn't properly working.
7.0
Standard hotel with what looked like a good breakfast but left to early in morning to be able to enjoy
Information on reservation should include where to catch the shuttle from the airport. Shuttle needs to run every 30 minutes and not just every hour and this frequency also needs to be included on information.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Airport shuttle was convenient and on time. Bedding was clean.
The room smelled old and musty. The AC/heater worked, but was very dirty on the inside. Elevators felt and sounded like they were out of repair. Coffee maker in bedroom was dirty; sticky coffee grounds stuck in the water reservoir. Toilet barely flushed.

Nothing not to like one of the best breakfast out there every morning. They accommodate all taste buds there.. many reasonably priced places to eat
Bathrooms complete with tub and showers.. very quiet hotel and I slept very well

The people at the front desk and the shuttle bus driver and all the cleaning 🧼 🧹 ladies that did a great 👍 job with a smile!! 😊
Being told breakfast hours until 9:30 am Well, I, as a paying customer, should be able to get whatever I want for breakfast until….. 9:30am. Period! No if’s ands or buts!!! I was told that it was to late to make pancakes 🥞 and they cleaned up at 9:05am. Not Good!!!!!!

Room.was great and clean.
Tv remote was faulty and tv turned on to a source other than TV. Had to get out of bed to change over to TV and change channels due to bad remote.

Breakfast is always good. Rooms are clean and gym is functional
I booked 1 night on booking.com but decided to stay 2 more nights. Told the front desk and all was supposed to be good.
Found out after checkout that I was charged 1 night on booking.com and hotel charged me 3 nights also. 1 additional night.
Talked to the staff they said to call back later.
Basically brushing me off and to go away
