Staff is excellent, and so is the property and amenities offered.

Great location to the mountain and town. Shuttle to pick up and drop off was offered. Always fresh coffee and tea In the lobby. Well kept property and modern rooms. Dove bath products. Offered indoor and outdoor jacuzzi. Overall very comfortable and nice stay.

Smokers hanging out at side doors but at least facility is smoke free , restaurant very plain , torn seats very plain food not worth the price

Would definitely stay again

Great for staying with kids. Provided rollaway bed for third child and kids ate free. Great breakfast

We were so pleasantly surprised by the Steamboat Holiday Inn.

The layout of the hotel. It was a great place to arrive and stay for the evening. The outdoor area was comfortable. The food was great. The staff was very attentive. Loved the balcony and overlooking the pool.

The coffee wasn't great.

Very happy with the facility and staff. Would stay there again.

Our room was close to the outside door so it was easy getting the dogs in and out of our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have an area right outside of the restaurant that has a long table and chairs where you can sit with your dogs. They even bring the food out to you. The rooms were very comfortable and clean.

Could have had a better walking area for the dogs. Wouldn't have been as much of an issue if the area wasn't under water from all the rain. Other than that I believe the facility more than met our expectations and we would stay there again.

Good value for Steamboat Springs and clean.

Clean, friendly/helpful staff. Did not check out the amenities, but there was fitness room and pools. Quality bathroom amenities.

Breakfast was not included, but appeared coffee was available.

Good stay, i will be staying there again

Clean and comfortable for the most part. beds are getting a little old maybe. facilities are great. i enjoy the weight room except the TV's don't work most of the time. The restaurant is good, food is above average for the type, atmosphere is nice and the staff is polite and helpful.

Beds are stiff and the wifi isn't always easy to get onto.

a bit further from Gondola than I thought had to rely on shuttle and bus system as I did not have a car however shuttle was very reliable

Bus transit stop is in dangerous location. Very busy stretch of hwy. No sidewalk.

Breakfast was awesome. However, service was slow considering very low clientele at the restaurant.

Overall it was a good stay. Friendly and courteous staff. Housekeeping skipped our room on the first day. Had to remind housekeeping to clean the room the following day.

Our key and would not open any of the outside doors near our building. So we would have to go all the way around everytime we went outside.
