Clean bathroom, room and comfortable bed. Food and drinks were great. Even breakfast buffet was tasty and the fruit and pastries were excellent. No robes in room for hot tub/pool. Only handtowels avail for hot tub & pool 😫. Only 2 cans of water in room whole time🤨 Water jug and cups and free rehydration powder at front desk. Humidifiers aren’t just for members—BUT Have to ask for humidifier. Provided white noise machine and earplugs — which are necessary considering walls are thin and dogs may bark. Room darkening curtains were good. Towels and sheets were soft good quality. .
Very small bathroom—Not enough counter space. Get rid of big sink and give me more counter space. Need Lots of water bottles in room - afraid I’d spill cup at night on my electronics. Instant coffee. No coffee in lobby so can only get when restaurant is open. Only 1 side has nightstand. Shower water pressure could be improved with different shower head. Service at White Rabbit was slow. With all the ski gear, need more hangers and hooks to hang gear to dry. Unable to store ski boots with skis downstairs. (Must be a member to use ski lockers). Would have been willing to pay a daily fee if I could avoid stairs in Ski boots!

Location of hotel was very good.
Where to start ? Too many strange hallways and too many elevators to get to my room on the first floor. Bizarre.
There was a door that led outside in my room, the lock on the door knob was inoperable, cold air was coming through, and the only barrier was a cheap chain lock . Also, my room was adjoining another. As a woman who was alone, it was a little sketchy and made me feel uncomfortable. And my reservations were made over a month before.
The shower did not work.
The bartender was very unfriendly. I took my glass of wine and got my food to go.
My tomato soup tasted like a can of stewed tomatoes with a dollop of crème fraiche.
I wasn’t given a knife or fork to use for the cornbread and it took so long to walk back and forth and up and down, I didn’t want to traipse back for one.
I left the next morning.
I did inform the front desk about the shower, they were ok, a little hard to understand.
Pretty sure Gravity House won’t be my choice next time.

Close to ski slope hike and some decent restaurants.
Long walk to downtown. The toilet in the room is positioned terribly- too close to the wall. A larger person is going to have trouble sitting completely on the seat. Very loud cheering from football watching neighbors or maybe staff.

Super friendly and helpful staff, spacious and comfortable room, bike shop downstairs had the tools I needed for my bike.
Snack bar was fully stocked, and fridge was full of drinks, but the price list wasn’t put in a way that you know right away it’s not free (which was odd by the amount of snacks, but would have been a pleasant surprise). Fridge handle was broken.

Very clean and awesome staff.
The bed was hard, pillows too much..and for the price average.

Everything was clean & comfortable. Close to everything we needed.
The “coffeemaker” there was a pot to boil water with coffee bags. By the time you let the bags steep it was only warm.

The decor was nice.
Elevator was out of service, lots of minor construction- including the dining room, staff was not particularly helpful to get us to our room- told us if we couldn’t find it to come back and they would help- it wasn’t as easy as would hope dragging our luggage up and down stairs. Room felt like it was in the basement- and someone parked their car right outside our window. We were charged a full rate despite the construction and inconvenience

We did not have breakfast, The beds were comfortable.
Right after we pulled in, approximately 10 or more large dump trucks pulled in looking for a place to park. One truck kept backing towards my son's brand new vehicle. My son was inside his vehicle and I got out and tried to speak to the man who was giving directions to tell him he was going to hit my son's car. He said they didn;t have anywhere else to park. IMy son told the man to back up and we would move out .went inside for help. There was only one person working the front desk with a line of people waiting to check in. I told the desk clerk about the situation and she said she would talk to the truck drivers when she had time. I went back outside. My son was arguing with the truck driver. They finally backed up enough my son could get out. He moved us into a hadicapped spot for the night. I am handicapped, I just did not have my mirror handicapped card with me. We did not receive any other help or even questions to see if everything worked out ok.

Comfortable beds, nice pool and hot tub with a bartender serving local brews and cocktails. Can order breakfast and lunch items at front desk. Located near Steamboat gondola, lots of dining choices within waking distance. Quieter than downtown. Friendly and helpful staff. Was easy to extend our stay through the front desk.
Parking lot is limited. The exterior paint is peeling in areas. No luggage rack for suitcase. No instructions for TV. We could only get one channel. After trading remotes twice a staff member was sent to do a reset with a series of 4 buttons.

The property needs a lot of upgrades for $200/night.

Small room for the price

The room was comfortable, and the lobby is well designed.
Breakfast at Gravity Haus felt like an audition for "Being John Malkovich" meets HGTV's "Unfinished Spaces". If the vibe is "construction chic" with a side of "why are we eating here", you nailed it! Pro tip: stick to take-out till they finish renovations and staff up.

They billed credit card after we checked-out for Resort Fee which was already included with Booking.com charge. Called twice and they agreed to refund but after almost 2 weeks, this has not happened. Very frustrating and waste of time. Now disputing with credit card company

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Everything else was absolutely awful. Do NOT waste your money.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The owners of gravity haus should be ashamed that they are charging this much for their hotel. The walls are paper thin, beds incredibly uncomfortable, and the facilities are in shambles. This is one of the absolute worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff are not well trained and seemed genuinely confused about everything from the location of the rooms to the overall functioning of the facility. Our room was under the stairs and we could hear other guests clomping up and down our entire stay. The bed was horrible - I would have been more comfortable sleeping on the floor. The $20 breakfast was an absolute joke - a hot plate with the remnants of rubbery eggs, stale bread and undercooked bacon. Don't jeopardize your ski vacation by staying at this awful hotel where you won't get any sleep or peace and quiet. You'd be much better off at a different hotel a little farther away from the mountain.

You stay here for the location next to the base of the Gondola. Our kids thought the loft sleeping area was amazing, although it made mom and dad a little scared with the steep ladder.
This is a dated property with lipstick run by a mickey mouse operation behind the desk. We arrived at 7:30pm on a Friday night hoping to unwind after a long drive in our $700/night room. Our room wasn't ready. Why? 30 minutes of whispering among staff in the back room ensued, while one of them would frequently walk to the room, which was a king loft room right in the lobby, and come back without saying anything. When I eventually pressed them for an answer because my wife and kids were still waiting in the car, they assured me that our room was clean, but that someone had entered our room after cleaning and had left trash. While at the front desk, I saw another employee remove a large trash bag and two large carry out food bags from the room, which looked like someone had thrown a party. After it was supposedly cleaned earlier in the day. My suspicion is that hotel employees were using the room as their personal lounge. At first, she told me she was going to waive the $20/night resort fee. A few minutes later she told me my entire 3 night stay would be comp'd. Fast forward to checkout, the male general manager on duty said he was away of the situation and that they would be calling Booking.com to refund my stay. The GM was apologetic about the situation and then made an odd comment about how the next time "we'll behave". It's two weeks later and I have not received any communication from the hotel or Booking.com about a refund.
