The staff was nice
The smell and the bed was not that comfortable
3.2
It was quiet, location was convenient
Could have been cleaner, some things needed updating and repairing like the towel bar in the bathroom. The sheets are very cheap quality and uncomfortable. Some dishes were dirty, some were missing. Just basic upkeep could be better. Has really gone downhill since the pandemic.

price location
room dirty carpet nasty hair in bathroom and counter disgusting hallways elevator extremely dirty and shady activity

Nothing !!!!!
My husband and I stayed at this location but we had the worse experience you could ever have . When we checked in the room and inspected the bed , there were used wet towels under the sheets . I will spare the details here . One of the gay managers had promised to refund the money for a nights stay but after calling him back , he mysteriously could not find our reservations . How convenient!! He never called us back after trying several times. Apparently he houses homeless people there . I understand the workers make mistakes but the manager treated us unfairly. DO NOT stay at this hotel . I promise u will regret it. I am not the one to write reviews but THIS time I had to because we were treated unfairly. My husband and I are medical professionals and we have seen disgusting things but not to this extent . I feel horrible writing this review but the manager, Frank especially was untrue.

Goid basic hotel stay for the price. Clean and comfortable
I did not see a breakfast. Wish there was one.

Everything except my tv wasn’t working room 131
My tv wasn’t working

I liked how it had a kitchen which made it pleases for traveling with an infant and the laundry room was a plus.
The room smelled like mildew, people living in their cars in the parking lot, people living in the hotel, stained “clean” towels, and stained “clean” sheets on the bed. I feel like as a hotel that is bringing in revenue, you should be able to afford scrapping stained laundry and replacing them.
3.2
Location was fine
They never found my reservation, I had to leave and book a room somewhere else !!
3.2
Location. We were in town for a party. The hotel was a 5 minute drive.
No breakfast. Did not see where we could see any king beds were available.
3.2
Nothing.
Your staff. My flight was supposed to arrive at 1am, but was delayed and I didn’t get in until 3am, didn’t leave the airport until 4am. I arrived to the hotel around 4:45 am and was supposed to check out at 11am. All I wanted was to get some sleep in those 6 hours. But the woman at the front desk had a smirk on her face as she refused to check me in even after I had explained my situation. I understand last check in was at 2:30am, but to not make a simple exception FOR SIX HOURS while she practically laughed in my face was the most disrespect I’ve received in a very long time. It was an awful experience. I’ve stayed here once before and it was amazing, but after being treated like I was is unacceptable and I won’t be returning.
3.2
The size of the rooms, the equipment, the location, ease of access, and restaurants nearby.
My access card stopped working 3 times during a 6 day period.
The ice machine in the freezer did not work.
3.2
great location, staff was friendly
no ice machine and there was a smell in the elevator
3.2
We stayed there for the first time ten years ago, and that experience was a huge reason why we booked with them again. Hotel is close to the interstate, shopping, and food, the room is very spacious and welcoming, and both stays were great. We'll definitely book again when visiting family in the area.
I only hope I can book early enough next time to snag a king sized bed. :)
3.2
Staff was friendly. I liked being able to cook in the room and avoid the expense of always eating out. The room and facilities were sufficient for my needs.
Could be a more soundproof.
3.2
The dishes in the room were clean.
The heater made a screeching sound. There were food crumbs on the floor around the bed. Hair was all over the bathroom floor. I requested another room, but was denied due to full occupancy. I requested maintenance and maintenance never came. I will not stay here again.
3.2
Bed linen was clean. Bathroom was clean.
Food and paint chips in heat/AC unit. Carpet is old, stained and smelled. Chairs had paint stains as well as the bathtub had red paint stains. No washcloths. Couldn't get ice maker to work. No one ever answered phone before my stay. Had to email before I got a response.
3.2
nothing
rooms are not clean, the linen was dirty, the staff don’t know how to print out a receipt they are not properly trained!
