Convenient and comfortable

Comfortable rooms, quiet location

Nobody was tending the desk for a while when we tried to check in. Found many hairs from someone else in bathroom

Excellent choice for a hotel in North Adams.

The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was great and the Wi-Fi was fast. There was a great deal of lighting and lots of electric plugs. The property was quiet and the front desk was very responsive when we asked for some extra linens.

I don't understand why all the accommodations we have experienced on the East Coast during our late May visit have had hot comforters rather than some light blankets during the warm season! There are no restaurants or stores nearby.

Dissappointing , no longer a decent value.

Convenient location…upbeat staff

Facility is aging…Free Breakfast, replaced by an in house market ….Shower sprayed water upward, needing repair. Free coffee, from a machine, was horrible . Had to pay for bottled water ( was always included) .

Enjoyed our stay

We arrived late, we were the last to check in for the night. Derek and Mary were exceptional and it was a pleasure dealing with them.

It could definitely use some updating but it was comfortable for what we needed

Sweet Escape from Home

It was very comfortable, clean and the staff was accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and would refer friends and family. We look forward to our next stay here when we decide to visit again. The location was convenient and quiet.

Must provide cell phone charger ports or sell the full chargers at the in house store. Remove the menus for Holyoke Pizza from the lobby, they were terrible. Other than that, everything was great. Need more food delivery options.

my daughter got bit by bed bugs and when i told the front desk she said there's nothing she can do cause she never had that problem before. my daughter school also called me the next day

Not the greatest stay

Didn't like that check- in Wasn't till 3 , also really noisy all night and wasn't able to sleep good due to noises upstairs and doors slamming all night in hallways due to others in and out of their rooms . Rented two rooms and one of the rooms bathroom under toilet was dirty with urine

Terrible. The worst hotel stay EVER.

I thought the other bad reviews was just a few cases during pandemic. However, I have to say this hotel is really terrible. The build states non smoking but you can smell strong weed in the first floor bathroom and weird smell in the bedroom. The worst part is they forced to charge me cleaning fee for service dog. Even the front desk had checked and confirmed my dog is a service dog. They also didn’t give a clarification on my receipt since they don’t want to get into troubles. When I went back to the front desk I heard the “manager “ spoke nastily about me which is really offensive. I bet most of the good reviews are fake reviews. Other facts : no breakfast, refrigerator is very loud, bed and pillow were not comfortable but at least doesn’t have bedbugs. Good luck for whom is booking this hotel and good luck for the stuff and owner.
