Enjoyable surroundings for Easter weekend.

Breakfast was great. Good variety including things the kids like.

I was in a 1BR. There was not adequate room to enter the bathroom and shut the door.

Perfect for a larger than 4 family

I loved the 2 bedroom Suite. There was plenty of room for everyone, no one had to sleep on the couch, the older tired adults could go to their room early and go to sleep while the younger people stayed up in their room. Also 2 Bathrooms were great! Like having a kitchen and dishes. And loved having a fridge and ice maker.

The construction, but I understand it needs to be done.

location, kitchen in the apartment, nice and helpful staff, laundry room

the hotel was under reconstruction, so one day there was no water supply, it was not possible to use bathroom/toilet which was quite ennoying, therefore we had to plan our day to stay outside even though we needed to change etc. the hotel is non smoking - anytime we turned on light in the bathroom, ventilation went on bringing terrible smoking smell cleaning was just 1x per week, we stayed 8 days....

Was a good stay and will come back. Will be really nice when they are done remodeling.

pool was freezing. A lot of remodeling happening so was annoying at times. Wish they would have stated this because we might have stayed someplace else.

Staff was wonderful, rooms were nice the pool was warm and my toddler loved it.

Othe hallways were a little tight for a wheelchair to make the corners but that wasn't a big deal once he was able to learn where to turn.

Perfect alternative for Games Done Quick

Suite with stove for cooking, silverware and dishwasher, queensize bed comfortable and big enough for two people. TV functional for external devices. In driving distance of a Walmart and the SGDQ DoubleTree location.

Stay was okay, wouldn't go back

Location was great. Breakfast was good.

No housekeeping on weekends, the floor in breakfast area was very sticky in places and shoes stuck to the floor. When needed extra towels or anything during weekend...staff didn't bring to the room we had to go to desk and get it. For amount paid for room I expected more

Exceeded our expectations! Very happy!

Room size was remarkable, and very clean! The service desk was very attentive and friendly! Pool and hot tub were wonderful! Location was perfect- just a nine minute drive to the Mall of America! Also just up the street from some great restaurants like Olive Garden and Denny's. Our visit exceeded our expectations!

it sucked not worth the money

the size of the room

the rooms were a little dated, if you need anything you have to go to desk and get it, room was at other end of hotel and only one elevator, the pool was small, the hot tub was not working two days we was there, no menu or anything in the room to tell me when breakfast was or menu for food room service

Great Family Stay

When we checked in the Manager, Andy, was there to greet us. He was very helpful and friendly. He asked what we were visiting MN for and offered ideas for restaurants around the hotel. Our room was a two bedroom suite for our family of 5. The room was very clean and we had everything we needed. The location is in a business/hotel area in Bloomington. The area is very quiet and restarants are within a few miles of the hotel. Breakfast was wonderful and the person responsible for the breakfast area kept everything filled and the area was spotless. I wish I would have noted her name, she was doing an excellent job. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the St Paul/Minneapolis area.

Visited my first grandson.

Staff was very helpful, it got really Cold out and one of my tires went flat and the maintenance guy brought a air compressor out and filled the tire back up.

I wish that they could have a confectionate ovens available for guest to use to make the kitchen a complete functional kitchen.
