Good value nice Hotel would love to see them add charging stations for overnight

Friendly staff, breakfast was great

I have an electric vehicle, and couldn’t plug-in anywhere, made things a little difficult

Staff was friendly place was alright beds were comfortable.

Parking is horrible have to park behind and walk aways up and parking is tight hot tub not working swimming pool dirty . Location is ok some homeless people sleeping in front of hotel the whole stay I was there .

Hot tub was not hot. Not enough lights working in pool area. Bathroom above ours started leaking through ceiling and we had to move to a lesser room.

My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable!

Breakfast was great. There were a lot of hot menu items - omelettes, biscuits and gravy, sausage, pancakes etc. Food was fresh and good. There was also a nice quiet spacious seating area with a nice view. Room was clean and beds were soft and comfortable. I was on the main floor and didn’t have any problems with noise even though I was close to the lobby. Would definitely stay here again!

Shower head could have had a little more pressure.

Just some noisy neighbors at 2 in the am. I remember being that age so didn't complain.

Re mark parking spaces so a car can fit. Insulate walls and ceiling so sound does not keep guests awake all night.

Enjoyed our stay for the most part.

The view was amazing. Breakfast was pretty good and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel was also in a pretty good location. Easy access to many places and restaurants. The 2 across the street were also discounted for hotel guests.

The bathroom was kind of dirty when we arrived as if it had just been picked up, but not swept or mopped. The pool while being decently sized could have been bigger. My family enjoyed it, but we were the only ones in the pool the times we went. If more guests had came it would have been pretty cramped. Also disappointed that the pool was not heated. First hotel I’ve stayed in which an indoor pool wasn’t. The pool did have a nice view of the mountains though and a patio for sunbathing or other activities which was nice.

I don't think there was anything I didn't like everything was excellent.

Hot breakfast not ready, only cold cereal. Coffee not ready. Curdled milk. Diss appointed we had to stop for breakfast with limited time schedule

Housekeeping didn't clean, they just left clean towels. No extra toilet paper and didn't overall clean up during the stay.

Parking was ridiculous. We entered our room and it looked clean, however, there was trash under the sofa sleeper, trash bag covering the smoke detector, bathroom had hair on the floor and the sink was dirty.

The staff resisted giving me my IHG rewards credit, and then told me they would. When I arrived, the last person had not given it to me. The second staff member also resisted, but finally did.
