Very new and felt fresh

I loved how new and bright the hotel was. It felt brand new. The bathroom seemed new and renovated. Great location and staff was very friendly.

Although I had a small stink bug in our room, the lady I asked to come remove it as I was scared did it quickly and very pleasantly and I was good to go. The elevator didn't have a working panel so I didn't know which floor I was moving on but outside of that it was great.

Clean, comfortable beds, nice size rooms

Our tub filled up with water while taking a shower which I don’t like.

Nice stay. Convenient location to convention center.

Prompt service, quiet. Responsive staff to inquires.

Same breakfast all three morning. A little variety would have been nice.

I was in town for funeral services of a loved one, when all of a sudden there is a power outage and

UNABLE TO HAVE BREAKFAST DUE TO POWER OUTAGE

HAVING A BACK UP GENERATOR TO PROVIDE POWER

The surrounding area- Around eateries, etc.

Housekeeping did not clean the room daily, nasty garbage and used towels were left in the room, ran out of toiletries/towels due to houskeeping not coming into the room to clean, a noisey toilet that ran all day and night, and the presence of "ants" every time food was present.

The facility doesn't have public laundry and we noticed ants on the window sills.

I didn't eat the breakfast but friends did and they enjoyed, lot of variety if u eat meat and eggs. Oatmeal too.

Fire alarm went off for testing on 2 days.

Shower pressure, alone, limits this rating to a 7. With great pressure, this rating would've been 9.

Everything, except shower water pressure, was great!

Water pressure from the shower head was absolutely unacceptable!

Will definitely stay again with holiday inn express

The first hotel that had clean mattress cover with the sheets for the pullout. Everywhere else put the mattress cover on and fold up the bed so it would just get dirty

Connecting to the wifi would be a little difficult depending on your device

Good last minute place to stay.

Easy check-in and great location. Near places to eat that are open late if you arrive late in the evening. Beds were new and comfortable. Flat screen tv was updated and had plenty of channels to choose from.

Bathroom was a bit tiny for a Holiday Inn express and did not have any bath towels when we walked into the room.

It was convenient, comfortable and I felt safe.

Location great. Loved the King bed. Breakfast was good.

The only real issue was the construction. That causes dust and dirt as well as changes in the entrance. Nothing that was major. Just lowers the facilities appeal temporarily.

This hotel was better than I thought it would be.

Most likely the most comfortable Hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. the room was beautiful. the bathrooms were clean. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

I really have no complaints.
