The check in and check out went well.
The room floors were dirty. The towel rack fell off the wall as soon as it was touched. The pillow cases were stained. The overall room condition was old and dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke

I like the fact that I found out through corporate that I was charged $100 deposit that will be refunded and they are investigating this hotel this is what makes me happy they need to definitely investigate and have all those people replaced you charging people deposits that you aren't supposed to now you messing with money
Roaches. No TV remote for 2 days and booked a 4-day stay. Workers smoke weed onsite and outside in the parking lot. Workers live at the hotel as well. Front desk attendant was fighting her boyfriend outside who also works there as well and picks up the trash on the premises. Hotel attendant changed my booking seven times from the hotel which is what I was told from corporate currently waiting on everything to be settled never have I ever called and complained about a hotel until I came here. If you can go to New York and pick up some projects and drop them off at this location... that is exactly what this hotel is...a housing project. No sense of professionalism or customer service the manager Rachel is just as bad for hiring these children...if you smoke weed okay thats one thing but at work while someone like me is able to take pictures of you you never just you really never know who is watching and who will be offended by the actions that are made especially when someone changed my booking and overcharged me you go through roaches you go through not having a remote in the room people fighting outside who work at the hotel not to mention me getting towels from someone that works there who actually had on a robe house shoes and a bonnet... But who actually takes the time out to do a review or call corporate yeah definitely one of those situations... They have really gave the word ghetto a new definition. The female with the red hoodie on works at the hotel but sits in her car and take naps the young man in the black coat works there as well he is her boyfriend they both were outside fighting for hours she was hollering on the ground saying she can't take life anymore she just can't take it on her dead grandmother who just passed away she swears to God she just can't take it literally this is what she was yelling in the parking lot while her boyfriend was swinging the mop broom on her and she was throwing rocks at him. Was also charged $100 deposit.

I liked the that location was close to different places to eat and shop.
I also liked how when I had an issue with the TV that the desk clerk came to help resolve it very quickly.
The hotel room was not very clean or comfortable. The bedding was very dingy as well as the curtains, which had holes in them. The bed sagged when you tried to sit down on it. It felt like there were bugs and germs in the room. When you shut the main light off in the room, it also shuts off the lights in the bathroom. The floor was very dirty , and it turned my daughters white socks black. The bed was so close to the dresser that the TV was sitting on, and so my daughter ended up hitting her head on the corner and getting hurt.
The bathroom was not very clean either. There were bugs and hair in the shower. When you tried to take a shower, the water ran into the floor and never did get warm or hot. The kitchenette area didn't seem very clean either. Which caused me to change my mind about using the cooktop stove.
The outside was just as bad. The walkways smelled like urine and had a lot of trash everywhere. Not only was there trash but tons of caps for needles. There was even poop in the walkway, and nothing was done about it. Had someone not overdosed on heroin in the room next to mine, I wouldn't have known that there was an elevator. (Which was not working) The exit signs were all hanging by a wire (literally. The day before we left and the day we left, they were trying to spray down the walkways and windows of the rooms. (The insides need to be cleaned badly)
