The position of the hotel is good.
Every other aspect of the hotel is poor. Rooms were not cleaned until we were changing for our evening meal and on two occasions, not cleaned at all. The pool area is untidy and unclean. It also has inadequate shade and uncomfortable seating which is old, grubby and torn. Staff were unhelpful and we witnessed one lady, who was on duty in the evening, speaking to a new arrival in the most appalling manner. We were tempted to intervene but did not want to add to the gentleman's discomfort. There are lots of other hotels in the historic district, my advice to anyone considering this hotel, look for an alternative.

Location was good
Way overpriced. Hotel was run down and not very clean. Soap and toilet paper wasn’t resupplied until we asked. Breakfast was so-so and frequently out of items. No decaf coffee available in bkfst room. Staff was scarce there and at front desk. Expensive valet parking was only option.

It was a great place to stay very close to the city walk

The location is very awesome! The staff was very nice! The valet was awesome
The room was rundown. The vinyl around the base of the bed was torn and hanging loose. It just felt lack of update and lack of upkeep.

Nothing
Everything. Building was nasty, rooms are small, A/C didn’t work well. Terrible place.

Good breakfast overall ate it everyday (not a bad thing) but just wished had bacon and maybe 2 egg options instead of just 1. Still wouldn't complain for hot breakfast everyday included. Beds at this one actually were nice for someone who usually sleeps on an adjustable mattress due to my back. Didn't wake up with back soreness.
1 elevator and on the 8th floor.

We didn't, no pool, no notice of it. Under construction no word of it. Booking should refund or the hotel for not advertising the shambles this hotel was in.
Breakfast was horrible, under construction with no notice. Smelled bad, tub was backing up possibly my worst experience

Breakfast was good, we like to have breakfast in the hotel, it’s easier than going to look for a restaurant.
All was good, no dislikes

The location was great , the staff was excellent, and the hotel was very quiet
our bathroom was not clean. The floor was dusted with what looked like talcum powder and the sink was dirty

The breakfast was very good and the location was great!
The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. Someone had apparently taken their contact lens out near the shower area and left them in the corner. The floor was filthy. With the way the floor drain was set up the floor was always wet. I had to constantly wipe it clean. Very disturbing!

Location was great! In walking distance to everything. Breakfast was good and plentiful, just needed to be a little hotter for me. Overall it was good.
I have no issues with my stay. I was really satisfied.

The location was perfect for what I needed.
Valet staff friendly and helpful.
Front desk Ms O very friendly and accommodating- I was able to get early checkin which I deeply appreciated after a long travel day.
I had two bookings because of wedding block. I called ahead and also spoke to front desk on arrival that I wanted to stay in same room. I was assured this was taken care of.
The following morning I went to double check at front desk and no one was there. assuming all was well I left to see the city.
I got a call later that I did not check out and my room needed to be switched. I explained the situation and the person told me I needed to fix it, so I came back and the next night manager did correct it but I didn’t appreciate how this was handled.

Staff was friendly.
Property is outdated for the price charged per night, our room was not very clean, complimentary toiletries were not replaced from last room occupants (half used bottles were left on the sink vanity), and the tub/sink did not drain well causing less than enjoyable showers and use of the sink; all unacceptable for the cost of the room. Plus the charge for valet parking per night was exorbitant.

Location great breakfast eggs
The sausage was horrible 😫 the bread toaster needs to be thrown into the trash

Check-in was smooth and the desk attendant was nice. They were able to help with local attractions along with how to navigate the city. It is a cozy enough place to rest.
The parking situation is not the greatest. You have two options: 1. Pay to park since there is no hotel parking lot. 2. Use valet parking which cost us $35/day. The rooms were also small and not up to date when it came to amenities, i.e. TV's, no information packet, dated furniture. The sofa bed was very old and was not comfortable to sit on because the cushions were slanted towards the middle and the single chair with ottoman was stained so we didn't use it.
