The room served its purpose-it had power and air conditioning, neither things we had after the hurricane

Spacious room

Multiple issues with billing that are still unresolved, nothing available for the complimentary breakfast when we looked at 8:45 just empty containers, room could be cleaner-there were multiple long dark hairs on bedding and bathroom floor, burnt out bulbs in room and dishes could be cleaner. Room needs to be updated it’s very dark.

A Home Run!

Our stay was wonderful! Breakfast was varied, fresh and delicious. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful! Location was perfect for our needs.

Location was wonderful. Close to many shops, restaurants. Close drive to other beach locations.

Everything was great, The suite was very clean. I loved that we each had our own bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The outside pool was nicely heated, which was good considering it was pretty chilly for Florida vacation in February.

The beds were a little back-breaking; to the point we had to go buy a foam mattress at a local Walmart. Slight language barrier with staff at times. I also did not like how the complimentary breakfast bar had 2 staff that also stood and watched you as you gathered your food. It was like security was watching you. Did not seem to complimentary.

Accumulatesd trash in the room, no towel replacement room service did come one one day. Breakfast was decent, but Marriotl style could be better. Did not like the breakfast manager always looking at guests while getting food felt being watched all the time. Made people uncomfortable. Give them space.

Gutes Hotel mit guter Lage und sehr freundlichem Personal.

Das Zimmer war ok, die Betten etwas "verbraucht". Das Personal war überall (Rezeption, Frühstück, Reinigung) sehr höflich und kundenorienter. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Nahe an der Stadt und Nahe am Flughafen und doch praktisch vor dem Grünen.

Die Betten waren etwas alt.

Came for a funeral, so the hotel was good, circumstances sucked.

It was the quietest hotel I have stayed in. I did not hear traffic, doors, hallway conversations, toilets or showers. Thank you!!

Long stay I stayed at the hotel for 3 weeks the staff made it very pleasant to be there.

The staff was very accommodating. Always smiling and willing to make the best of the situation.

it is across the street from the treatment center

the dispensers in the shower had the logo of the brand very large but due to the size and color of the writing you could not tell which was shampoo, conditioner or body wash!

It took four hours to get a replacement for the missing television that was in one of the two bedrooms! I was at a lost for words whn I turned on the other TV 's and the cable didn't work. 😡 "I CALLED THE DESK TO NOTIFY THEM OF THE ISSUES AND HIS RESPONSE WAS THEY'RE WORKING ON IT". that was at a 11am by 3pm still nothing. It took for me to call Booking.com's customer service to get the hotel to do something about the issues in my room. I'm very upset and disappointed that I waisted $230.00
