Great customer service
Honestly everything was good

Great Staff, very good rates, very clean room and bathroom.
It is a bit outdated, tape on the carpet in the hall, outside door locks broken. The hot tub was pretty dirty. But none of that was terrible given the price.

While the room I had didn't offer a bath tub, the shower was phenomenal. If all locations have this same shower set up with the same water pressure, your hotel will become my absolute go to for travel. However the breakfast options need an upgrade.
Breakfast could have been better. While it was a "hot" breakfast, some of the pancakes were hardened from over heating. Eggs would have been a great addition or a waffle iron.

Best breakfast ever!
Room was TINY. Couldn't get the luggage cart inside the room.

Great hotel (not motel) on Route 66. Friendly staff. Room was well equiped (a bit small but ok) and bed very comfortable (not too soft as other hotels have been). Shower cubicle big too. Highly recommend this place to stay.
Bath mat needs updating as it was threadbare

On April 5, we checked at 7:50pm and were given room 52. The heater didn't work . After a couple of trips to the front desk and was told there was no repair man available, we were offered another room on the side of the hotel, room 117.
10:30pm, we were exhausted, drew the black out blind, turned off the lights and crawled in bed.
FLASH! ...FLASH! FLASH!... It was coming from the turned off fluorescent lights above the sink! It flashed like a disco ball every so many seconds. Who can sleep with a bright flashing disco ball over your head! 11 O'clock now, no repair man, out of desperation, my husband climbed up to the sink and started unscrewing. I stood behind him catching the long cover, the fluorescent light bulbs...
I started laughing or should be crying. What is the definition of a hotel? A warm place to sleep, right? The first room is not warm, the second one we can't sleep. Now my husband is standing on the sink with this neck blended 90 degrees to the side, face grazing the ceiling performing a desperate measure with his bare hands.
My husband didn't sleep much all night, the next morning, he climbed up again to that sink to put everything back. When he was done, the problem went away. "What happened?" I asked "The bulbs were screwed wrong, I may have fixed it."
I reported it all to the gentleman at the front desk the next morning who promised to talk to the owner. I have not heard from the owner yet for any compensation for being a late night mechanic and having a sleepless night.

Breakfast was supposed to last through 9:30 but at 9:00 there was no hot food.

very poor staff.
Desk person refused my reservation without a 200 cash deposit. Something about drug use by residents of the high desert.

staff was really helpful and welcoming
weird smell in our room
you can hear everyone in the building (sometimes scary how loud it was the next doorl)

The staff was awesome very professional and friendly and very helpful for breakfast they had a good variety. The rooms were very clean
What I didn't like was the fact that I didn't have a bathtub I have a 3-year-old and a 2 year old and they fell many times in the shower it was so slippery that they almost cracked their head that made me very upset and then the other thing is I rented a room that was wheelchair accessible with the Willing shower but it didn't have a bench for him to sit down on he cannot stand so we had to ask the front desk and they had to go look for it but they did find it.

Where do I begin. The room smelt, noisey fridge, breakfast was non-existant.

Nice sized rooms
We chose this location because it was advertised with breakfast. The breakfast consisted of 2 silver dollar pancakes OR corn dogs OR dried up prepackaged muffins. Sooo disappointed!!
