Right next to the railroad station.
There’s not much around, within walking distance except for offices and houses. It’s in Silicon Valley though. I did find a 7-11 store about a 10 minute walk away in amongst houses. The hotel had a small variety of snacks, drinks and microwave meals available. The room had a fridge freezer and microwave in it. It’s next to the railroad, though train stop around midnight. As I drive trains for a living and live next to a railway back in the UK,the noise didn’t bother me personally.

Mobility impaired facilities excellent. But move the soap dispensers to within reach of a person seated in the shower stall.

Loved the location but very noisy from the rail system.
The toilets clogged and had to wait until next day to switch rooms because nobody came to try to fix.

Location, the room has kitchen, near the train station, good wifi.
I'm extremely frustrated with the way I've been treated during my stay here at the Sonesta. I've been staying at this hotel for over a month, as I needed a place close to the train station with a kitchen to accommodate my food restrictions during my two-month stay in the area.
During my first weekend here, I encountered a major issue when the room above mine had a leak that flooded my room, leaving it wet and without light. Although I didn't complain at the time, I was disappointed that the hotel didn't offer any assistance with moving my belongings. I have documented evidence of this incident on my phone. Despite the manager's inquiry about switching rooms, it wasn't feasible for me to stay there due to the condition of the room.
On July 26th, when I checked out at 10 a.m., I asked the front desk to hold my luggage for me. They agreed, but they didn't provide me with a ticket or any other means of identification. Later that night, when I returned to collect my luggage, the staff member at the front desk was reluctant to give it to me, even though I had been at the hotel for a month and had interacted with him daily. After a 20-minute delay and after showing him a photo of me with my luggage, he finally allowed me to take it.
Today, after a long day at Sequoia National Park, I returned to the hotel and informed the front desk that I had a car and needed to pay for parking. He gave me the parking ticket, but since I had my backpack with me, I proceeded directly to my room at around 08:40 pm. I wanted to leave my belongings and take a shower after spending the entire day on various trails. Shockingly, at 09:24 pm, a tow truck arrived to take my car away. It wasn't until 09:32 pm that they received authorization from the guy in the front desk, who should have called my room but failed to do so.

Very convenient. We were attending the Special Olympics being held at Santa Clara University. We could walk to all of the events and places to eat
The train running right outside our window. But the convenience outweighed that.

Location was great - right next to the airport, and had a parking lot that was free to park at. The room came with a kitchenette, which had a full-sized fridge, microwave, and basic kitchen tools. Desk was very large and spacious.
I didn't like that they only clean the room once every 7 days. Would have been nice to get clean towels and sheets more often. Also the shower's water pressure was terrible. It was like a drizzle, and takes forever to shower.

Many amenities available to us. Loved the stove and dishwasher. Full size fridge was very useful.

Absolutely nothing, all the staffs especially the front desk were rude like you owe them some money, like you are not paying for the service that you need. it's been 2 days and I still havent got my deposit back. there's no room service, and the air conditioner can't be turned off unless you turn off the electricity gate altogether, very despicable experience to say the least, hope they go out of business soon

Overall easy check in and check out. Room was a legit suite in that there was a chair to relax in and a desk to work. Bed was comfy and shower with very good pressure. Adequate parking and stores nearby for food and restaurants.
4 pm check in seems outdated. 3pm would be better for almost everyone and closer to industry standard.

The room smelled of sewage with an attempt to cover it with bleach and leaving fans running. After one day and briefly turning the fans off the smell became more obvious. Feces on the wall near the closet and on the bathroom wall, bugs in the room and in the bed. Was bitten on the face have pictures. Toilet overflowed and staff argued that they didn't have to clean up my floor because Maids only clean rooms once a week. Left to clean sewage water with towels. Then had to beg to be given small individual alcohol wipes to attempt to sanitize. Was told that maybe a manager can make an exception for someone to clean my soiled floor. That manager would be in at 9:00 a.m. At 9:45am still no manager. I had to leave for an exam and couldn't shower because my floor was full of toilet water. I called later at 3:00 p.m. and was assured it was cleaned. It was not. The pile of soiled towels were picked up and one clean towel was left hanging on the towel rack. But it was evident that the floor wasn't clean because there was still soiled wet pieces of toilet paper on the floor. Literally had to go out and buy sanitary wipes and clean it myself. Unhelpful staff disgusting place to stay.

the property was very clean and bed was comfortable, I only stayed 2 nights but I slept good throughout the night. When checking in the front desk asked if I wanted to be on the side where you can’t hear the train pass by which was a good thing.
the only issue I had with the room was the shower pressure was low, it still worked ok but the pressure could be better.

the room was nice except for the noise of the broken garbage dispenser and the occasional production of ice cubes in the freezer.
no creamers for the coffee, only one coffee filter, no welcome food of any kind

Didn't try it
Being put in a room (for the first night) on the train side of the building. Very noisy trains going in and out of the transit center close by.
