Reception
Room was noisy due to AC switching on and off. I booked through Booking.com and got confirmation mail that it is including breakfast also but at property it was denied by Marriott. I think Marriott should take up with Booking.com as it is destroying reputation of Marriott.

Helpful and friendly staff (front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, buffet). Great selection at the buffet! Great food at the restaurant!
Walking distance to Levi’s Stadium, designated area for shared ride drivers. Clean and comfortable rooms.
Nothing I can think of.

Good location
I didn’t like that we couldn’t get rooms close to the friend we went with.

The staff & amenities
Breakfast should have been included in the price of the room. Bar should open earlier than 4 p.m.

Not much
The business overcharged us - was not worth pursuing - $50-75

Close to Levi stadium. Clean rooms and comfortable pull out beds. Very quite in the rooms.
We asked for adjoining rooms. The gave us rooms across from eachother which was a challenge since we were traveling with minors. Food service ends at 11:00 which sucks on event nights since they run late. One of the rooms smelled really bad like old cigars

The restaurant and bar staff.. terrible service and no one could help us or rectify the situation

We stayed here for the Beyonce concert on 8/30 & from beginning to end, it was fantastic. I had a friend flying in from San Diego & the airport was only 5 minutes away. We were able to check in at 12:30 (the staff was so nice & informative) & they had Beyonce music playing throughout the lobby & lemonade drinks set up with food to eat & purchase. We had gotten a club level room so we also had access to the drinks & snacks in Club M as well. There were food trucks set up outside with seating too. When we got back late from the concert we took showers that had great water pressure & slept so peacefully with the a/c working great to keep the room cool as well. In the morning, we went downstairs for our complimentary breakfast buffet & everything tasted amazing (the crispy potatoes were delicious)! I can’t wait for another big concert event so I can experience Marriott again.
I loved everything about my experience here. No complaints from me!

Location to stadium was go
Ants in the room , breakfast sandwich not good , no valet service. Wasn’t given a location number to locate my room

The property itself was great. It’s just at this time of weather we had ants and we had to move three times and no help from the staff regarding moving.
We had ants in two of our rooms. We had to moved three times. That was the worst and no help from the staff.

Conveniently located.
The gate to get out of the parking lot failed to work every time we tried to leave. Also the cold water was like warm in the bath.

i love the upgraded amenities and those shower doors are amazing.
service at the bar and patio areas were slow. bar experience: stood at the bar for almost 5 mins and bartender did not come so i just went to my room. outdoor patio experience: first round of drinks took a long time to come to the table and appetizers were slow to deliver too. got a free order of fries to make up for the lag. in the room, room service left dirty pillow case on the desk and forgot to bring utensils with room service. had to request it afterwards.

Most hotels providing free coffee in the morning have cold milk on the side which makes the coffee cold. Luckily, in this branch a microwave was available in the lobby pantry where I could heat up the milk first and then add the coffee. So much better 😊
Pleasant and very professional bar staff.
The daily charging of USD 30 for a parking fee in an open lot in a non-downtown / non-City location is simply day light robbery. I was aware of the fee and willing to pay it BUT that does not make it right. What a ridiculous fee.

Thank you Santa Clara Marriott for making our time there so special. We drove in for the Taylor Swift concert and Marriott thought of everything from the dj by the pool to the red carpet to the bracelet making. The communication leading up to the event was exceptional! I received emails telling me where to exit, when we could check in, when they expected traffic detours to start, etc. Marriott really made it special for a mom & daughter trip!

We stayed for the Taylor Swift Eras Tour. The hotel was awesome with communicating the week before and then even days before our arrival. It was a big event and they gave us all the details we needed to make it a smooth check in. Then when we got there, we were blown away with the level this hotel went to, to welcome all the Swiftie fans! Taylor Swift music playing throughout the lobby and numerous activities for their guests. They even left a care package on our room door with cookies, an energy drink and some chocolate, which was much appreciated when we got back from the concert. Never have we stayed at such a thoughtful hotel that really went out of their way to make their guests experience so much fun!
The hotel needs better signage. There are different buildings and we struggled a bit trying to find the building our room was in.

great location and atmosphere! staff went out of their way to make the Taylor Swift concert stayers feel like they had extended the party.
architecture outside is dated…but that’s about it

I loved everything about this hotel . I highly recommend staying here again. Staff was very nice and helpful.
We had ants in the room bathroom and counter on desk but we cleaned most of them off.

Proximity to where we were going.
Extremely noisy air conditioner all night

Why do you have to pay for self parking at 30 a day? That is ridiculous 😒

The bar staff was amazing, and I gained a special soft spot for Kabir, the sweetest guy! All the staff work hard and try to get you what you need in a prompt manner.
For leaving on a Sunday, a checkout past 12 would be nice, since no one is rushing to come to the hotel on a Sunday night in that area. Also, everything seemed shut down (food, lounge etc)

Close to Great America.
Had to pay for Wi-Fi, breakfast wasn’t included, & when I DoorDash my pizza they didn’t bring it up to us.
7.0
On-site parking, accessibility to Levi Stadium
The walls were paper thin. We heard everything outside and especially the loud people in rooms next to us, across the hall and walking in the halls.
