Will probably stay again next year for our ladies conference

Best breakfast ever, Location was great , The staff was much friendlier and helpful than last year,

Elevator was very slow We had 4 people in room and only got Enough towels and wash cloths for 2 Had to ask for more both nights,

Bad

Booked online. King bed and sofa sleeper. Sofa sleeper was a chair. Got rooms switched to a 2 queen. Room was the worst I have ever had for a Holiday Inn Express.

Disgusting experience stay far away

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in my entire life the hotel was disgusting smell bad everything was dirty carpets where sticky beds broken and dirty staff could care less. Had to ask five times for help beds weren’t made have dirty blankets bed was dirty got stains on my hands from trying to put a sheet on the bed. Bathroom was dirty bath tub was plugged. Got given a new room after complaining but staff gave us a room key to an occupied room. Worst hotel stay far away did not stay after all of those issues should have left after the first check in front attendant was rude been working there 10 years but never learnt customer service to busy watching his base ball on his phone

Nothing should be completely torn down and remodeled along with new staff was a knock to the hotel chain you should do somthing to change this

Disappointing, my family and I travel a lot and often use holiday inn express and this hotel was the worst holiday expre

The beds were comfortable

The pool was closed, the washer and dryer was broke, the ice machine was broke, the room I booked got downgraded due to availability.

Decent place to stay, but unable to truly rest or sleep in

Clean friendly staff

Super hot hotel room took forever to cool down and still too warm, pool being closed, and the horrifically loud house keeping staff in the mornings

We arrived late but had alerted them we needed a late check in. We were informed when we got there that we didn’t have a room. I explained that we had already paid and showed the front desk clerk our confirmation. He was rude, unhelpful and unknowable about their process. Will never book woth Holiday Inn again.

Never stay there again.

Location was good. Breakfast was adequate.

The staff was surly. One of our toilets became plugged and we were handed a plunger to take care of it ourselves.

Easy access from the interstate. Nice breakfast.

This hotel needs an update. No phone charging ports in the rooms. Sofa bed could have used an update. Found a water bug in the bathroom.

the front desk clerks were patient kind & friendly

there were no key cards available - we had to be walked up to our rooms, the elevator was not in good shape, the tv & phone in my room did not work (asked for another room), parking was not readily available

A tournament was going on and the hotel was crowded so understand why some problems occurred.

Staff informed us they were short on breakfast items. Breakfast was fairly slim. Also had difficulty getting into my room and had to be given a different room.

Save yourself...don't stay here

The only positive thing I can day is the front desk staff was pleasant.

This place is disgusting. My room was filthy. The drawers didn't even push in and I had a 1yr old running around. There was no microwave in my room. You can hear the drains running all night off and on. Hair was in the shower when i arrived. Soap scum on the sink area. Splatter on the picture. The curtains didn't close. Way overpriced. I will never stay here for as long as I live.

Got up early, skipped breakfast & left before daylight.

Lady at checkin was unfriendly. Difficult traffic pattern to main road. Furnishings were old & poorly kept. Mattress was not comfortable. TV remote wouldn’t turn on tv.

Upon arrival around 8 pm there was not anyone at front desk to check us in. After about 15-20 minutes someone finally came but was not the friendliest or welcoming person. On a positive note the room was nice and clean and comfortable beds. The free breakfast was ok just not the best we’ve ever had. There was a good variety of food.

location and the Breakfast was ok

our room was aged the couch was filthy the bathtub had stains in the bottom and the swimming pool was not operational with green water in the bottom of it!! there was no mention that the pool would be down and the room and hotel itself did not live up to the pictures on the Internet.
