check in was easy, it was quiet at night and had an Arby's right across the parking lot which made dinner easy. the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

All in all we had a good stay.

The breakfast was satisfying. The location was easy enough along with restaurants to chose from was good as well. When I asked about my bill they had the answers.

As far as cleanliness the floors needed to be mopped better, we had black stuff on our feet and socks. There was sticky stuff on the night stand and dresser.

great location, not the cleanest, maid service woke us up 3x

the lady who checked us in was so sweet & helpful. the man who checked us out was quick and friendly!

maid service came 3 times between 8:30-9:30a even with our dnd sign up. we were out late at Nashville and they came in our room all three times waking us up. which was crazy because the bed was the only thing clean about the room to begin with.

Okay for the price, but you get what you pay for.

It was a good price, the room looked nice, and the room was clean. I've stayed at much worse for the price we've paid. The room was a decent size, too, with a good size mini-fridge.

The room had a faint, bad odor, which smelled like cigarette smoke mixed with a dead animal. The smell was worst near the door but was faint towards the back of the room near the bathroom. Since we spent all of our time in the back of the room, the smell wasn't noticeable to me after a minute or so. I was hoping to change rooms, but the staff gave me some anti-odor spray instead, which didn't work.

Not a bad place to spend one night if you’re not planning on being here long. Would not stay longer.

The first room we got placed in half the lights didn’t work. We also closed the bathroom door and it looked itself. Luckily we were able to switch rooms - to the 2nd floor and had to carry a cooler up a flight of stairs.

Worst Hotel experience ever!

I like where the property was located. it’s convenient to pretty much everything.

I booked my room on Tuesday, 1 King Suite due to my husband having to stay with his elderly father and me traveling for work I had to bring all of my food from Chattanooga to Murfreesboro (where his elderly dad resides) then go to Hartselle, Al where my residents is in the morning to pack and go back to Chattanooga on Sunday. When I arrived the front desk attendant told me they put me in a 2 queen room, I asked did she not have a non smoking king suite and they did so she put me in that room. Got to the room and the refrigerator doesn’t work and is nasty. So I’m just like okay we have one night left and we won’t see each other for two weeks, we will get some ice and make the best out of it. The ice machine is broke and also was charged more than was supposed to be. 125 dollars for a night of having to throw away my condiments and not have a cold beverage on the last night my husband and I are together for 2 weeks. I’m thinking about just taking my stuff and going home.
