Habitación grande y cómoda. Personal muy amable.
Un poco aislado de todo, aunque el shuttle funciona bien.

THE COOKING AND VENTILATION ARE NEED TO BE UPDATED

The suites were large and comfortable. The price was lower than other properties in the area.
The swimming pool was too cold to be usable, and our room smelled of fish.

Great location, minutes from the strip. Surprisingly quiet for being near the airport.
Elevator down button on 2nd floor didn't work.

Room was excellent, comfortable, well equipped, all the things were working properly. You had a mini elegant house in your room. It was perfect.
During summer is difficult to access the parking lot, it is not negative but could be great to have a ceiling for pedestrians and water sprinklers on the top for the cars.
10.0
Pretty much everything was nearly perfect
Maybe the shuttle could have dropped further down

excellent location without the noise, even though it’s right near the airport!
no shower curtain.

We booked in here between exploring as we needed a washer/dryer and that worked for us. Unlike other places the kitchen had pans etc that you could actually use!
Room was poorly ventilated and smelled, no natural light in the living area. Although it wasn't far from the strip walking back was through no man's land which felt unsafe.

lovely spacious rooms , everything you need , friendly helpful reception team
liked it all
9.0
Room was spacious.
Bed very comfortable and linen, clean.
I was at a conference so the property was central to everything I needed.
Staff were very friendly and approachable.
Reasonably priced for the level of ammenities.
The rooms are a little tired in places (the bathroom for example).
A few cracked tiles and old filler around the bath but to be expected for the age and level of traffic through the property.

We did like that the pool was open during the colder months. That was our reason for choosing this hotel. The kids had a ball with that.
Well the first thing is that I expected something different from my 1st visit several being that my room then was considered a 2 bedroom standard. This visit I was told I reserved a 2 bedroom deluxe but IT WAS THE EXACT SAME Room!!!
Our last Night there I misplaced my night hair wrap so My children were helping me search, then my 11year old Son looked behind the T.V. and pulled out a black pair of women's nasty obviously unwashed panties! Once he noticed what they were he went to absolutely berserk!!!!
He took a 2nd shower! It was gross and embarrassing..
9.0
Enormous spacious rooms, 2 showers, 3 bathroom sinks, big living area, well-equipped kitchen and big dining table, convenient having a washing machine and dryer
Far away from the strip, you have to get taxis to the main vegas strip

I love how homey it is and the kitchen is awesome
Didn't like that I got a without a big tub in it like I did last time

Huge room, more like an apartment. Great for 4 people with the sofa bed and two bathrooms (only one toilet) but we were only two. Tons of space! The bedroom had a very comfortable king size bed. Fully set up kitchen and a dining table for four.
Loved watching the planes land! You could hear them outside … especially when they fly over the building! WOW! But inside it was quiet.
The water pressure in the shower was pitiful! The bedroom sinks make the sounds of a drain the needs to be cleaned out.

No breakfast.. rooms were large
Walk to elevator and then walk from elevator to room very long. Especially when disabled.

The adjacent rooms for the 6 of us were perfect, well equipped, kitchen, laundry, towels, ammenities. The rooms we had were on the 7th floor and very near to the 2nd set of elevators. The indoor pool was nice (a bit cold for my style, but judging from the people inside was very popular) and the hot tub worked properly. Nice terrace at the same floor.
Parking was available as well.
As mentioned before, mid september, pool temperature for us was on the cold side but manageable. It is a timeshare property from what I see, so if you're up to it I understand they'll provide you with the sales pitch and a promotion for that.

Rooms were big and and beautiful staff were excellent. Had bad smell in one of the first rooms called and they moved our room right away and was even better because it was right next to our other room.
Kind of dirty. Not sure if second room was sanitized had old phone plug and cord plugged in. Also on wall was 2 name tags from timeshare presentation. Shower had clump of hair that would not allow water to drain. Hallway floor was dirty almost always had liquid on the floor and hallway smelt like pot.

room was large, clean, and ready upon arrival
The music in the Hookah Club which was 2 floors below us was unbelievably loud until 2am on 2 of the 3 days we were there.. Very displeased. I have never stayed at a hotel or resort where music was so loud that it affected my ability to sleep. IF I were to return it would have to be on the opposite side of the resort;

Comfy bed, clean space, great location off the strip
There was very little sound-proofing between the connecting door to the room next door. You could hear neighbors conversations even when they were talking at normal volumes.
