Amazing

It was clean, employees were extremely nice and accommodating. The breakfast guy was the best he would take your plate as soon as you finished and was eager to get what ever you needed.

Great location in Marana. We have been staying here for past 4 years every time we come to gem show. Clean and quiet rooms. Convenient location. Nice staff.

beds were comfortable

the day staff was very rude when asked for an extra towel. the pool is full of wasps and bees. the breakfast was empty 30 minutes before ending. the walls look run down and there was literally an employee painting with a small brush the entire inside needs paint and not patch work. it’s a super 8 feeling with holiday inn price. I was also charged for two nights after cancellation 29 hours before the stay

The breakfast was to chancy to eat. The eggs were some kind of toaster Pattie’s never seen eggs like that before. The bananas were all brown. Great for banana bread we couldn’t take a chance on getting the screaming Mimi’s on our vacation. So we went elsewhere

The advertisement said it was a rural hotel with desert views a lie. The hotel is right next to the freeway and in the middle of a bunch of chezzy hotels with a view of the parking lot and a motel 8 people talking loud right outside our window late into the night 18 wheelers in the parking lot with their refrigeration units running the whole time we were there 24 hours the carpet was super scuzzy and never vacuumed gross asked for clean towels and have our trash emptied to no avail Never saw a single housekeeper the 4 days we were there anywhere the list goes on and on Really a truck stop

Will find another motel for my business trips.

Not much! First night desk attendant was rude when I asked if they cleaned rooms. She said they didn't have enough help to clean the rooms.

Have stayed at Holiday Express 20+ years. This was the dirtiest ever. Halls dirty, room not cleaned nut ever 3 days. Room not cleaned.

I would stay here again.

I appreciated that there were a good number of USB connectors near the bed, and charging electronics was conveniently available. Things worked well, e.g., the shower, coffeemaker, etc. It felt comfortable and the view from the 3rd floor was nice too.

I thought the breakfast was good, although not great. The food was certainly alright, but we have stayed in places that had superb continental breakfasts, and this place did not measure up to that level. Because of my lingering fear of Covid, I brought the breakfast up to our room and ate it there.
