Overall not a bad stay but disappointed with the food options and quality of the room service food.

Room and amenities were super nice.

The room service food the second night was absolutely terrible. They ran out of menu items and the food we got was undercooked. Drink prices there are a bit over the top.

We will be back!

The staff is beyond in every way. We were there at off peak season and it was just what we wanted. (No crowds). Food was amazing.

Pools were perfect for lounging. Views from every direction. Saw lots of wild animals.

For a 5 star hotel, all lounge chairs at the pool need to have a cushion. Comfort is extremely important

The service and staff at the Ritz Carlton Dove Mountain was excellent. All restaurants were great as were the facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great fun staff…….

The staff were well lead by someone who knows customer service. The fitness room was great. The dynamic duo at the pool Kimmy and Josh were a great pair. We challenged them to make up a greeting song and the next day we got our song and a dance. The small trays like learning craft cocktails and the guitar and drum player in the lounge was fun.

I felt the value could have been a little better. The pricing of food was good but the cocktails, wine bottles and beers I felt were overpriced.

Enjoyed the stay but probably won't return.

Wow, what a property! Absolutely first class location, if you are looking for this kind of place with lots of hiking opportunities and sports facilities.

Menu choices in the restaurants were severely limited. Like, really really bad. During our stay in Jan 2022 they were severely understaffed which made things like getting served promptly difficult. The biggest issue for me was that the AC in our room didn't work. They tried to fix it a couple times and offered to move our room which I guess was all they could do, but its still hugely disappointing to encounter such issues in a prestige property such as Ritz-Carlton.

Excellent Resort!

We stayed here with our kids on our way to California for Summer Vacation. Our kids LOVED the pool, and we did too! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Everything about our stay was Wonderful!
