Chambre grande et calme malgré la voie rapide proche. Personnel adorable, PDJ copieux , varié et bon.

Ménage à revoir de A à Z. Des trucs trainent au sol, dans la salle de bains, cuvette WC offrant une vue très crade de biais. Elle était vraiment sale.. Savon entamé dans la baignoire, au secours avec le covid. La chambre la plus sale de notre 1 mois et demi de voyage

decent and positive!

i really liked the workers and the connivence of it all. we only stayed one night before we headed back to NC, and we had everything we needed from ice, water, breakfast in the morning, snacks to purchase in the lobby area, as well as the coffee, teas and hot chocolate available all day!

the room was fairly nice and clean, EXCEPT for when i looked in the bathroom, the bathtub was a bit dirty and i saw a strand of hair still on the bathroom floor.

Got us through the night, but total cost was ridiculous for the accommodation.

Convenient to town. Allow dogs. Gas and food nearby.

Room is very dark even with all lights on. The two beds share a nightstand, not enough. You charge $50 for incidentals. I don't understand what that is for. And you charge an exorbitant rate of $75 for my two 8 pound dogs in a stroller and in their own house and blankets! This fee amount is not in the description. Found by accident a giant bug with many legs in my shower at 6 in the morning. Wanted to scream. Not a spider. Very aggressive and took time to kill and flush. So I question cleanliness. Right next to the highway, so convenient but loud.

Not quite what we expected for the PRICE.

Breakfast was very good,but the hotel was having remodeling done which we weren't made aware of. A bit noisy at times.

Comfortable and relaxing stay

All great. Breakfast included. Very clean rooms. The hotel currently goes through renovations, so everything becomes an upgrade and we enjoyed our newly renovated room! The construction works did not impact our stay. Only through the day noise is possible.

Unfortunately, pool was not accessible due to renovations. It would have been great to know that in advance. Only single-use cutlery at breakfast. Trash is not being separated. Improvements to protect the environment can and should be made!

We'll certainly stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites if we're in that neck of the woods again!

Nice room, comfortable bed and pillows, good breakfast.

The price for the facility could have been cheaper. The pool was not available which was one of the reasons I booked it. I kinda wish I could have a partial refund due to the advertising of the available pool was false.

A great place to stay if you are going the Shenandoah.

The hotel is just a few miles from the north entrance to Shenandoah National Park. It was convenient to everything and away from the downtown area. even though it is next to I-66, it is a quiet place to stay.

When I was there, they were doing renovations to the outside of the building. There was plastic over the windows, and the outside didn't look great. I'm sure this will be a temporary problem. Also, the pool was closed as part of the renovations. Again, this is temporary, but people interested in swimming may want to check if the pool has reopened.

I would not stay again, for somewhere associated with Hilton it was a big let down. I’m in a different hotel in Harrriso

It was very tired, especially the bathroom. The staff at the front were not very welcoming or chatty (I believe the manager) and I was surprised a bottle of beer was $7+ The breakfast was poor, most elements of toasters broken and 1st day the omelet’s were poor. The bagel was ok with peanut butter

The nicest hotel staff and it was very clean.

The Breakfast meals were exceptionally delicious!!! And the staff that runs the Breakfast area were superb! Such a very and polite ladies, who were always asking me if everything was up to my standards, and if I needed anything else. The roons were very clean, and the beds were nice and firm, but very comfortable.

The pool was under construction, but the weather was not the greatness for taking a dip, so no worries there.

When we travel, we almost always stay at Hampton Inn's, and this one was probably the lowest rated.

Hotel location was perfect for our daily plans.

The hotel over all is out dated and in need of a fresh facelift. Our room at check in had an "off" smell. We were apparently not the only ones that had that same issue. We overheard another couple at check out complaining of an odor in there room. All the furniture was showing signs of age and wear, all beat up and marks on all of it. The air conditioner was absolutely filthy inside the vent. The biggest let down was the pool was closed for renovations, they did offer a another alternative, which was an outdoor pool at another location, but do to the weather it was closed, which even made it worse. And traveling with 2 young children, having the pool not available on a rainy day was a huge let down. I feel that should have been communicated prior to our arrival.

WE were put in a room on the 1st floor. There was allot of noise until late in the evening due to youth groups there running down the hall and going to the indoor pool.

air condition kept running all night for a couple of seconds every 10 min despite us turning it off completly! bathroom furniture needs to be replaced/remodeled water fountain in fitness center did not work/was shut off a better variety of fresh fruits would be nice plus more vegetarian/vegan friendly options
