There was very very little toilet paper with no roll to replenish. There were dozens of flies and gnats in the room and when I woke there was a cockroach in the bathroom. After my shower I walked to the bed to put on my socks and my feet were covered with hairs and dirt. The floor was filthy. I told the front desk and they acted like it was nothing new I was telling them.

Overall, the stay was pleasant. Checkin was easy and the staff was efficient and friendly. The price of the room was good for the area, considering its peak season for tourists. The hotel itself is old and rundown, but the bed was fantastic. I checked the mattress for bedbugs and it was CLEAN. The jetted tub was very nice. I did see 2 baby roaches upon checkout, however I do not believe there’s an infestation because I inspected the room upon arrival and saw ABSOLUTELY NO signs of a bug problem. With all that being said it was a nice and comfortable stay. Would stay again.

Old hotel, but the price was right for what we received. A pretty bare bones room. However, it was clean, but a bit of a stale odor. Not overwhelming, but there nevertheless. Front desk was quite accommodating, although I feel it's a little unprofessional to call hotel guests "Honey".

Place was clean but it was late after we returned from dinner and found, that there was no weather stripping under door so bugs wear coming in. Small cockroach bugs, killed over a dozen, the bathroom door doesn't close due to not hung right, had a shower and tub floor moves. The complimentary breakfast, well pancakes cold, no flavor and rubbery.

Terrible Motel. Changed rooms three times. We couldn't get in to the first one, the electromic key card would not work. The second room was too hot and the aircon was not working sufficiently. The third room had no fridge and the door would not lock. We managed to fix it a bit and put a chair behind it. It was too late to move again. The Motel was scruffy and dirty. Five mins of wearing no shoes and our socks were black. We wd not recommend staying here and surprised Hotels.com have it on their listings. Staff tried to help a bit but were not very attentive considering all our problems.

Literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Unsafe, dirty, most of our lights didn't work. The door had obviously been broken into before. Neighbors were extremely loud. Didn't even stay 20 minutes. The only hotel staff was asleep at the desk at check in an 20 minutes later when we checked out. The clerk tried to get us to confront our neighbors in person, which felt extremely unsafe. We were promised a full refund and were told it had already gone through before we left. Months later, we were still fighting for our refund. It took going to corporate to get our refund. The property owner never once apologized. They emailed me just to say I wasn't getting my money back and that decision was final. Check all major review sites before booking. Save yourself, your family, and your money. Stay literally anywhere else.

Property was clean, well kept. Great pool area, good breakfast. We needed a few things while we were there, they were quick and efficient getting them to us. Good restaurant across the street, DD AND ExxonMobil right next door. Would stay again.

What I didn't like about this property was cleanliness in the room behind the night table wasn't clean sweeping. I was able to tell because dusty was accumulating and dead insect where lying there. I also noticed to alive insect on the TV stand and crawling on the wall.

Hair on the sheets checked immediately upon check in, attitude from staff about switching the room as if we were asking too much. Once we came back for the evening i realized my sons feet were black, and it was from the DISGUSTING floor. We booked this because of the breakfast and pool, waffle mix was separating in the cup on dispensing. Apple juice smelled fermented and just plain off with pieces floating in it. Pool was unkempt so we chose our health and stayed away from the pool. Many areas of places let go, dog area gross and unmanaged. Gate fallen down. Over all, dirty and unmaintained. Huge disappointment. Go anywhere else for the price they want per night.

The parking was atrocious. The breakfast was not good. The eggs tasted Yucky cappuccino machine was broken couldn’t get no coffee and it was so crowded in there. You could hardly move people fighting over food like vultures. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Shower floor was warped and would not drain. Hair was on the bathroom floor and towels. Lots of dead bugs behind the bed. Dead bug found under the comforter. Only one roll of toilet paper. Front desk staff was amazing and I have no complaints about them. I did not say anything while I was there, because I honestly was hiking most of the time I was there.

We enjoyed our stay at the Baymont. The staff was so friendly and helpful, even recommending a great restaurant. The beds could have been a bit more comfortable, but no real problem. Enjoyed the refrigerator and microwave as well as the coffee maker. 2 issues: we had roaches which was disconcerting and the bathroom has no fan for ventilation. It was a plus to have hot options for breakfast, but we missed having fresh fruit. Overall, our stay was enjoyable and we would return.

We had reservations and immediately realized the pictures on line were much better than real life. The hotel is very old and has been updated however the updates done are of poor quality. The room appeared clean until pulling back bed covers. Noticed hair on fitted sheet and decided not to stay. Clerk was notified and said she would refund but didn't seem to act as if she would do immediately until asking for a receipt. The area seems to be run down. I expected better from Baymont.

My room had a huge roach infestation I saw them crawling on the floors at night and in the bathroom this morning. Was absolutely disturbing. It got to the point last night that I just slept on top of the covers in my clothes I didn't even feel comfortable getting in my underwear. This was a horrible experience.

Not quite as advertised. Coffee machine and coffee in room, but no cups or mugs. Pool being drained. Included continental breakfast must have been hidden; no signs, no mention at check in. But plenty of good places to eat within walking distance.

Very cheap hotel. Close to Main Street and we rate this hotel higher. Breakfast had no coffee even though the one responsible noticed, but did nothing to make more coffee. You get what you pay for.
