The bed was comfortable
6am breakfast didn't happen. She came rolling in about 6:10. I couldn't wait any longer- I have to be on time for my job. There was mold in the shower. The toilet took 5 flushes to clear -how does that save water?!?

The room was comfortable, clean and quiet with updated furniture and bathroom features. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the room off the lobby was delicious with a good variety of both hot and cold items in plentiful supply. Coffee was very good.

There were issues but not bad. My 83 yo mom fell from a chair that was loose and wobbly and nothing was said by front desk. No apology or even ask if she was ok. I was told call an ambulance. But not even to check the cause of the fall I thought was rude.

The location the front desk service the internet speed and television the bathrooms
The beds, you just feel like you're gunna get bed bugs laying in them, and one night I surprised a cock roach desecrating my toothbrush and spent every night of my stay since with every light on and the tv on

The hotel was clean, the staff was polite. The bed was very comfortable.and the bathroom was clean. They came and cleaned the room and made the bed everyday. ( I was there for 4 nights ). Great stay for the price! Would recommend to anyone.
The only thing I would say is that coming off the interstate heading back to the hotel you couldn’t turn left into the hotel because of the traffic blocking your turn which was also at red light with no turning lane until the next light about 50yds away. So If you got lucky and no traffic coming you could turn in , if not you had to drive and turn around to come back on their side of the road.

Clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great.
The call button for the elevator was out in the lobby, so we had to use the stairs when going up. This is the only reason I didn’t give them a 10

Ванная комната лучше, чем в других отелях, в которых мы были. Большой номер. Нормальный завтрак
Показалось холодно, кондиционер шумный и давал тепло только до 78 градусов. Слишком высокая кровать

water pressure was good.
Not clean. A roach walked across the bathroom floor. room was very small. 2 people could barely pass between the foot of the bed and the TV stand. The bathroom sink drained very slowly. The DirecTV didn't work at first. I had to fix it. Strange smell throughout facility. Would not recommend to anyone.

Desk was great at check in
Property was under construction. Elevator was not working so had to walk to second and third floors with our luggage. In the morning we felt like house keeping was rushing us out the door. They walked in on my daughter who had just gotten out of the shower. They knocked and just went in while she was on her way to answer it. They were in my room twice that I know of. I was in another room we had and when I came into the hall they were just shutting my door. My luggage was still in the room. Every time you closed a door they asked if you were done. They were just standing in the hallway waiting. Check out is 11 am. This all started about 830 am. I did speak with the front desk about all this and she just didn’t seem concerned. I have had housekeeping knock at other hotels and they say housekeeping. This lady said nothing. I watched her do this to many rooms. I felt like we were being rushed out. My son in law is in the Airforce and we were moving them from New Mexico to Maryland. We stayed at many choice hotels along the way and this was the only terrible experience we had. I did call the chain number and filed a complaint.

The staff was friendly.
The hotel is doing renovations and the elevator was being replaced and we had to carry everything up the stairs. We did not know about renovations ahead of time. Thankfully the staff helped us with luggage. The A/C never really cooled the room. The curtains did not have a complete track to close the dark curtains so you are forced to be blinded by the sun through the shear curtains. In one of the beds, you could feel the springs. But the WORST thing was housekeeping entering our room at 9:00 am!! Then she tried to come back in at 10:00 am!!! Check out was 11:00 am and I have never been interrupted by housekeeping until close to check out time.

Good deal for a lower tier hotel. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Rooms were fairly clean. It’s just an older facility that is close to an interstate. Would stay here again.
Very humid in the building. King rooms are very small.

Staff and the breakfast lady
They fraudulently claimed that rooms are 512sqft when they are between 200-300sqft and booking.com fails to make them correctly report room size … so you are lucky to gay 1/2 of what you paid for

Our room was much larger than expected, clean & quiet. The bed was so comfortable we didn't really want to leave! Parking is free which is always a plus. We didn't make it to breakfast because of the comfy bed but waffle house is next door so we were very happy. Our experience at this location is the reason we sought out other Comfort Inns while on our road trip. It is still close enough to downtown (few min drive) without breaking your budget. Checking was easy & quick which was fantastic after a long day. I would absolutely stay here again.

nothing
very in need of renovation
was double charged for the room. 555 a night was NOT a good rate just because a concert was in town. this is called price gouging. and should be illegal. we needed a place to stay.

The staff and location were great!! Breakfast was decent. Welcoming with our pet. We were traveling with our kitten, only had to pay $25 extra.
The room looked nothing like pictures. Stains on comforters and sheets. Floors dirty. Looks run down and smells like cigarettes in halls. The pool was closed even though it said it was open. I'm a little disappointed for the price. Especially when I lifted my bag off the floor and saw a roach scurry across the floor, ewe!!

Updated room was lovely. All staff were friendly, especially at check-in. Lemon water in lobby was fantastic!
Breakfast options are very limited, basic...with the same choices each day

It was close enough for car access to the central city. The accessible bathroom and shower were well designed. The breakfast was good, having plentiful fresh fruit
The room was located near an ice machine that dumped every 2 hours, and the poor door seal at the bottom allowed hall noise to enter the room. It was noisy from people traffic all night. The toilet ran constantly.

In town for a funeral and the location was convenient to family and services. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The front desk staff was always polite and gave us a smile and a wave as we passed through.
The location is very convenient for US 40 and Briley Prkway.
It is somewhat dated and perhaps could use a good coat of paint in the halls (I don't really think this is a detractor for me but I realize others it may bother).
The elevators had some issues while we were there with the doors not wanting to close on the first try. It didn't inconvenience us once I figured how to work around it but it likely needs serviced soon.

Breakfast bar was outstanding. Room cleaned quickly every day and the front desk service was excellent. I especially want to thank Stephanie who helped me retrieve items I left behind and coordinated to have them shipped to me. Professional, kind, and patient. 10 stars!
