The location was great. Across the street there’s so many great food options.
Parking lot didn’t feel as safe but traveling as a woman I might just be hyper vigilant

No breakfast, just juice and some snacks, for the price they charge they should serve warm breakfast

Decent hotel for the money. Close to food and activities. Allows pets.
Carpet needs replacement.

It was good for a continental breakfast.
There was a used wash cloth on the tub edge and a used towel behind the door of the bathroom.

poor continental breakfast, all carbohydrates and sugar laden yogurt

The location was convenient for the event I was in town for. The breakfast choices were limited.
8.0 / 10.0
The location was great, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and was served for 3 hours… 6:30-9:30. The room was very comfortable.
The only issue was with the shower curtain, which would not stay closed due to having a curved shower rod; also, the towel rod beside the sink fell off the wall when I hung the hand towel back on it.

The people were awesome
I only chose this hotel because it said it had a jacuzzi tub in the king suite. And there was so much traffic in and out after midnight and my dog kept barking every time someone opened the doors. Breakfast was non existent unless you wanted a waffle. Definitely not worth the 177$ for one night

Breakfast was ok. The waffle maker stopped working which was upsetting.
Better breakfast appliance other than that no complaints.

Was supposed to have a washing machine and dryer on sight ! Manager claimed he ordered new machines! We were not informed untill after taking our things up a flight of stairs to the second floor to find out we couldn't wash or dry for the remainder of our stay , they didn't have change at the front desk ! Still never heard back from headquarters about the manager lieing on the front desk crew ! When he himself was the only person the house keeper called when she found the meth pipe in room 134 , some how the manager heard room 124 our room , when she hadn't even been in our room , no one ever made things right not headquarters or the manager who started the screwups ! He didn't check us out a day early as we did leave and check out a day early due to the manager said we would get a free night stay we never got it no one ever came to fix the toilet or shower rod ! As for receipts for our complete stay only to read on the receipt that it look like we were still there and that we owed a $66 when we owed $0 because it was paid in full up until the 14th and we actually checked out on the 13th so they should have paid us back for one night plus the free night he had promise as conversation for his screw up!

We like using the app booking you get it for a cheaper price and they are guaranteed to give you the points that you earned!
Got a call while at work claiming that the house keeper found a meth pipe under our mattress we missed 4 hours of work plus our lunch hour! Packed our room up only to be told they had the wrong room, the house keeper hadn't even cleaned our room the manager lied blamed someone else in his report when there wasn't anyone else involved ! No front desk person but him on that day! Manager claimed we would get a free night stay never did we get a free night stay and we checked out a day early and still didn't get money back! Manager started a choice account in our name and claimed he gave points! We have never used choice and even the account the manager started no points showed up for a free night ! Shower rod was broken would not hold shower curtain open toilet was also broken had to keep going and getting the plunger to fix it!

The room is pretty good size, cleanliness is awesome even in the hallway. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very attentive. Wifi is very fast.
It just happened that we were assigned a room (216) next to guests laundry and unfortunately at very late night washer were very noisy. it happened to made ridiculous noise many times that made me not sleep well. called from front office and they went to checked it.

it was clean wasn’t like the pics but ok.
they charged me for a king room but didn’t have it when we came… didn’t off a refund or a discount & this was a special night for us!

The beds were clean and very comfortable. The shower had good water pressure and the water was hot.
There was a very cold fridge (unusual for hotel rooms) and microwave and coffee maker. The price per night was very good, but you get what you pay for, as the adage goes.
Deferred maintenance in the bathroom was egregious! There was peeling paint everywhere and the commode seat was old and had been repainted rather than replacing it. The paint had peeled off in layers and I cringed every time I had to use the toilet! The pipes were leaking on the floor behind the toilet. The sheetrock in the corner was cracked and separating. There were claw marks on the stained wood entrance door. That was another problem - they allowed dogs. After hearing another guest asking to be moved because barking dogs kept him awake, I specifically asked the check in clerk not to put us close to people with dogs, but they did anyway and they woke me up several times barking. Also the shower handles had not been cleaned in years it appeared and there was black dirt in the tub.

The person attending the front desk at check-in was a sleep, I found trash on the floor in room 216. There was not attendant during breakfast, the only juice available was cranberry, no utensils for food and, no bowls for cereal. I didn't like much!

Location
The whole building smelled strongly of marijuana all night long both nights and during the day it smelled like mildew and breakfast consisted of cheerios, bagel, waffle, apples, yogurt, water, coffee or got tea

front desk was pleasant and location
Property/ rooms are in need of updating. First, Had a musky old cigarette smell. Second room improved, but could tell that it’s still needed through updating. Such as the showerhead was supported by white look like a washcloth instead of for maintenance being done. Breakfast was basic at best- No protein option.

Friendly staff clean and comfortable

Pristine clean, looks freshly painted, lots of natural light, every public space with comfortable seating and very spacious, comfortable rooms. Even better, a warm, welcoming, helpful staff.
A simple fix: printed list of tv channels would go a long way to making tv watching a whole lot easier!

Generally speaking the experience one fine, with on GLARING exception below.
The staff had a plumber "checking" the plumbing between 11:30 PM - 1:00 AM. I am not sure what they were "supposed" to be doing, but what they WERE doing involved what sounded like replacing or installing a shower fixture. Hammering, sawing, pipe cutting, even sounded like a plumbing snake in use. It essentially made impossible to sleep until they finally stopped (or where finally told to stop) around 1:00AM.
