One night max if you have to!

Location is good but way overpriced!

Unwelcoming staff, low quality breakfast, rushed out by cleaning crews before 11am......overall bad experience and will not return!

Location Ease to restaurants

Room was on first floor and could not open drapes for daylight. Lack of privacy. Was not able to more to upper floor.

Everything was great. The breakfast could have been improved with a waffle maker. The flat sausage were bad tasting and like cardboard. Otherwise everything else was good.

2 nights, 1st night disaster

It was only a few blocks from family, so very convenient

Our 1st night, there were guest yelling and screaming right across the hall. I had to call front desk about 2:30am. Then the remodel crew started at 8 and made a horrible noise. However our second night was quiet and no remote crew in the am.

I was satisfied with the welcoming staff and how clean the entire place from the time we walked in and left. I loved how

EVERYTHING! I love it because it was in the middle of everything and they workers were so nice. The place was clean with the exception of the blanket, which smelt like body OB. But we just simply separated it with a second sheet we brought.

I wish there was a heater fan in the bathrooms lol. However, being able to completely open the bedroom windows made it very satisfying. Usually hotels have limitations to have far the windows open.

Want a full refund, never staying again

The location was amazing

Our door was broken, lied to by booking agent about amenities on property, had to switch rooms. The room we switched to was dirty filthy and had broken facilities. Asked to speak with a manager or GM was told multiple times we would. Nothing here it is Thursday morning, we checked out last Sunday

Would return again

The room had plenty of space. We were traveling with a 3 year old boy. He had room to run. Breakfast was pretty good. Had no issues with internet. Room was definitely clean.

The bed was a little hard. And no bathroom fan.

Nice relaxing low key weekend.

Walking distance to lots of shops, restaurants, breweries, parks.

Fridge made high screeching noise. Unplugged during stay.

Great breakfast, not a great check in experience.

The breakfast was excellent. So many choices!!

Check in was ridiculous, booked under my name and my husband (with an ID) was told he needed my permission to stay in the hotel. The fan unit in the room was very loud and kept us up all night.

IHG quality & service is not what it used to be!

Breakfast was good. Liked the Dove brand products.

I was assigned a room that was dirty. As in never cleaned since the last guests. I opened the door to a filthy room! I returned to the check in counter & she assigned me another room. The carpet was very worn & the sofa had a lot of stains. All my years of travel, this has never happened!

Location was perfect for us. The room was generously sized and well appointed.

The elevator was like a sauna. They seemed short staffed. It was more expensive than it should have been for a weekend stay. I get that Intel is nearby so maybe higher rates for biz travelers during the week, but rates should be lower for leisure travelers on the weekends.
