clean, comfortable, great price & friendly
didn’t have coffee ready expressly in the morning or at all times as advertised and told to us at check in.

Location was near a decent Mexican restaurant
Place was in poor repair, my first room's toilet didn't flush, and the second room's toilet barely flushed after several tries. The place smelled unpleasant, and it's walls were thin enough to have to hear your neighbors television.

Linens were not up to par; it looked like there were very small hairs, like eyelashes, on each sheet or pillowcase. In one of the beds, there was a very long, red hair...which was not from either of us. Other than that, the room seemed clean.

Staff helpful!
No where to hang clothes. Toilet seat had dried stool on it! Fresh linen not used and sheets not straighten out even though I tipped several dollars each day!

Nice and quiet, felt welcomed A
A really bad smell in the hallway, didn't seem to smell anything in KY room

It was located by a number of restaurants and conveniently close to light rail into Portland
All good

The bed was very comfortable, room was quiet and very clean, included wifi, mini-fridge and microwave. I was greeted by name by the receptionist! It felt like a first class 'small town' experience.

Location was phenomenal for my trip. Room felt very private, clean, didn’t hear any other tenants, A/C worked great, big mini fridge, nice TV although I didn’t use. Front desk was nice, efficient, and helpful.
Room smelled a little funny (but was clean - old building?). I got used to it the longer I was there.
No desk chair in my room, I had to work on the bed since I had papers to spread out.
The bed springs moved so much and my partner and I kept waking each other up and got little sleep, but maybe we’re just spoiled by our memory foam bed at home.
Almost couldn’t figure out how to turn on the shower (pull down ring at mouth of tub spout, at least in our room).

The location was excellent and convenient for items that you might need, and the beds were comfortable, and
I enjoyed our stay very much. I would recommend it highly. I'd tend to go there again, as needed.

The room was spacious as was the tub!! As a .. Bigger person lol.. It made my day! The staff were pleasant and efficient
The door latch did not have the locking ball attached so it was not able to be second security which is difficult when not used to big towns

It was guiet until the last evening
The homeless gathered under the awning when I left at 430 am.When I went out the back stairs there was a Mexican woman with short hair and bleached on the ends pissing and a Mexican man with her .she came to my car to try to get a lighter.there was a woman talking and closing the door at 330 in the morning continually. When I left I found a purse between to cars and put it on the receptionest window counter that's when I saw all the homeless and their Pit dog. This place is not comfortable because of this lack of security. And it's to bad because I have another 3 weeks to stay and Now I have to try and find another place to stay

It's a little challenging to get into the parking lot during the day.
It was quieter and more comfortable than I anticipated. Very clean and easy to find. Window had double locks and two blinds and the AC worked perfectly.
