Happy hour wine, beer, and food!
Too close to main road, but didn’t interfere with our sleep.

I I liked that the front desk was very nice and understanding about the situation and they were able to remedy the situation by comping our stay and requesting the information to fix the incorrect listing information on the website . I liked the dove products in the bathroom and the shower and stool were nice. The pillows on the bed were perfect and comfortable. The outside seating areas were comfortable. There are bikes to use for free. The breakfast was actually very good.
What I did not like or appreciate was that the information on the booking.com website was completely incorrect and so upon check in I discovered that fact. You need to correct your website and not offer incorrect information because it's false advertisement. They said that this problem has happened before unfortunately so I have to say my problem lies more with the website booking.com more than the hotel. Outside of that I thought that the rate of the room that we ended up actually getting was not something I would pay for that room. What was described on the booking site was an actual suite with a hot tub and fireplace instead what we actually got was a king room. No hot tub. A lot of the perks and amenities in the description of the room weren't actually in the room- like a washing machine, a bbq,& said hot tub. The hotel claimed that it had previously asked the booking site to correct this information. No matter what it ended up ruining a special occasion we planned because the room wasn't what it should have been. Also I have to say the hotel could have been a little cleaner in the halls and elevator. The elevator smelled like butt and B.O and there was a puddle of water on the floor. Also a half eaten cookie atop the hand sanitizer. There were a few used towels left about inside the indoor pool area that I was surprised to see stay in place until the following morning. Staff could do better. The air freshener throughout the property smells like very strong cheap perfume. The hottest water available in the shower didn't get hot enough for me. Also supposedly there was supposed to be a spa onsite and there is not. I got the general feeling that this is more of a family friendly economy property.

Great happy hour wine and snacks! Very nice room clean and large. Great breakfast too.
We have stayed here in the past at a much lower rate. At least $100 more this trip. Location I guess as most hotels in the area are over priced (in my opinion)

Breakfast was awesome. The pool was an amazing temp.
Our sheets had a small blood stain on them and that made me a little uneasy.

Coffee was terrible.

The room was excellent. Nice and big, beautiful, fireplace, clean, and a great value.
I was disappointed in the view. We looked out at the parking lot and another hotel. Also disappointed in the breakfast. I am gluten free , dairy free and sugar free. Not much to offer, but it was okay.

Clean, attentive staff, food was fresh and cooked perfect. They also had fresh chocolate chip cookies and free Italian sandwiches at night. Loved that they had a giant Jenga game as well.

The description booking.com provided said there was a hot tub in room. That was false. Very dissapointing
Other than that everything was decent but that was one thing we were looking for

Our room was right above the pool. We could hear every splash and loud conversation which continued until well after the posted 9 pm quiet hour. I asked the staff person at the front desk to tell the people using the pool to respect the quiet time policy,, but she refused. She offered to move us to another room. We declined, as that would have been very disruptive.

Friendly staff, clean room and common areas, great location (close to downtown and nature)

Everyone was so friendly and helpful
Comfortable bed. Modern room.
We were on ground floor. We could hear everything the people above us did. Every sneeze and cough and we could hear their dog chewing on something.
Also we didn’t like the handicap room. From now on I will make sure to request not to have handicap room. The shower got the floor all wet. When we mopped it up the towel was black- obviously floor wasn’t clean.
