I definitely would stay here again.

The bed was very comfortable. I usually don't sleep well in hotels but I slept great each night. We had a private balcony that had a very nice panoramic view. The bathroom was very clean and a good size.

The breakfast was acceptable as free goes.

Pleasent stay, though not worth the exaggerated price.

Great location, multiple food options within walking distance. The staff were kind, helpful, and attentive. The bed was extremely comfortable as were the pillows. The ac worked well and the room got (almost) entirely dark.

The hand soap was missing from the washroom on arrival. The bathroom floor was not entirely clean.

The bed was very hard it hurt our hips! We asked for a topper . They didn’t have one. Two comforters and it was a tiny bit better. Honestly I wound t come back because the bed was so hard.

Pretty good stay! Clean and comfortable.

The room is a good size and is clean. The bed was comfortable. The furnishings and bedding can use a refresh. The breakfast was pretty good!

They NEED to update their TV’s! I was surprised there wasn’t a smart TV in the room.

I will be back. The location is convenient to visit family and I love the nearby riverwalk.

I like the variety of items.

It seemed that you were short staffed in keeping the food/coffee supplied. The coffee carafe was empty and the employee was extremely busy dealing with the food items when someone asked about the coffee.

Nice, comfortable place, with good breakfast and good location

Nice hotel with good views. Very comfortable bed & pillows. Nice furnishings and set up. Had nice big pool, jaccuzzi, and fitness center. Friendly staff. Easy to get to. Within walking distance to restaurants.

My only complaint was lack of notepad/paper & pen and no information about the area in the room

Comfy and serene.

We liked how comfortable the bed, sheets, and blankets were. We also liked that the pool and workout room were open 24 hours. And we got free water when we left.

I really don't have anything that I did not like about this hotel.

Friendly staff and great location.

Location was perfect everything was within a few minutes of driving.

Common areas well maintained & everyone was super friendly. Facilities were super nice, pool, breakfast area, seating area. Only thing that could have been better was the mattress wasn’t very comfortable, could feel the springs & was a little stiff.

Would recommend.

Average satisfying selections.would be nice to have speciality coffees...lattes, etc... Perhaps a machine to dispense? Location sooo convenient. Room very clean. Refrig useful for take home. Staff is awesome! All in all would recommend.

POTHOLES of missing bricks in walkway to front door! Accident waiting to happen. Put hazard.cones out to help visually!

Super large with a view.

Room was an excellent size. Bed, shower, balcony was great. Red Robin was within walking distance.

Tv was wired to the lights so you couldn't watch TV in the dark. Thanks for having HBO.

Very good

The staff, particularly Anaka, was very accommodating as it was my birthday, and our booking via Vrbo fell through. She was kind, helpful, and resourceful. Literally, without her, I believe our trip to Coeur d'Alene would have been DONE! It was one thing after another on a long and no very "happy" day, and when she greeted us, it ALL changed. Thank you, Anaka, and thank you, Hampton Inn! P.s. the kids very much enjoyed 24 hr pool!!

That there weren't more available rooms.

Toilet paper too far from seat! Poor fan...weak strength .Poor lighting...no option for brighter.

Our room was not very clean - especially the toilet. Outside trash cans by entrance we overflowing with trash every day.

Poor booking by Booking.com that left me in the lurch

Pool and breakfast

Booking.com screwed up my reservations. I have a reservation for 6-29-23 thru 6-30-23 checking out on 7-1-23. Hampton Inn said the rservation was for 6-28-23 thru 6-29-23 checking outt 6-30-23. They canceled my reservation because I wasn't there on the 28th, they stated they had no rooms like we had a reservation for. They offered no alternative. I had to take a handicapped room with a fold out bed, which my 50 year old daughter had to sleep in for 2 nights. This was totally unacceptable to me. I feel you should reimburse me for my trouble of being inconviencied.

$740 for two nights was outrageous. New York City rates for a soccer tournament.

this was a great place to stay, comfortable and quiet, I’d stay again, the pool could’ve been warmer but that’s ok!
