In town to see Sam’s Christmas Village

Was a good location for what we wanted to do. Breakfast was good and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

We will never stay in an AmericInn again due to our experience.

Upon check in the front desk person didn’t great me or even look up. I had to speak to her first. Our room smelled like it had been closed up for weeks, they did move us to the room next door, which was better, it still musty. The rooms seemed damp. Very outdated and not real clean.

The beds were comfy and clean, close to shopping, but needs better internet/tv service

It was very clean and close to quite a few types of different stores. The staff was polite and friendly.

The Wi-Fi and tv service was VERY spotty and slow. I would consider an upgrade to faster internet as an asset.

I do like it but need an elevator.

I really like this hotel have stayed several times, did not realize till this time that there was no elevator. This was a hardship for me and my husband being on 2nd floor. But they did move us after 2 nights.

Overall, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again given the price and couldn’t meet minimal expectations

Good location, staff was friendly, and the room was cleaned well.

I was disappointed that this hotel has no water available to guests (not even a drinking fountain). The only water was in a vending machine that only accepted cash, but water should always be available free to guests staying anywhere! We also were disappointed by how chemically treated the hot tub was, all of our eyes and noses were burning the entire time sitting in the hot tub and afterwards. It was much worse than any hotel or spa I’ve been to. Water was warm (not hot) and the pool was freezing. Was hoping to enjoy the swimming amenities and it definitely made our stay dissatisfied.

The pool was cold, the TV's didn't work so they refunded money and I had to get another hotel.

It was great, we forgot our swimsuits. Then it would be awesome

Breakfast was good. More selection would have been nice. But satisfied.

Pillows are not good at all. Need fluffy ones not hard ones. Or both kinds would be excellent.

Saved money not being downtown and very decent hotel with no frills.

Breakfast only mediocre. Loved the automatic pancake machine! They gave us a ground floor room so we could wheel our bikes in. Thank you. And beds were surprisingly comfortable. Clean rooms.

Missed items like hard boiled eggs and cut fruit at breakfast. Very lean.

Disappointing

Breakfast was always fresh and good.

Requested housekeeping to clean room, it was not vacuumed, bed was made. No paper products or toilette restocked. Each of the 3 days each of the 3 days had to go to the front desk for restocking of paper products. Room never was vacuumed prior to us getting checked on nor during our stay. Very spending for the poor room and staff quality.

The room was clean and it wasn't noisy. The young man working reception was pleasant and helpful.

I only went to breakfast on Monday morning. There wasn't much selection due to low occupancy. The bed was kind of hard and the juccuzi tub wasn't as big as it looked in the pictures.
