A pit, not woth much money and certainly the star rating is a joke. Will add photos later

Emily at the front desk was courteous.

This was rated 3 star. This hotel should not be rented without major renovatioun. It had no laundery, no clock, and the wake upservice failed to wake me up for a 230 am shuttle pickup. When I came in at 5 pm cleaning carts were blocking the path to the room. there were no teabags in the room, The water was only lukearm in a bath, Some one was working in the boiler room and a horrible smell like burning rubber was coming out. I woke up with a severe asthma attack. The window seals were peeling and moldy. It is a health hazard. As well there is construction next door, and a nail punctured my rental care tire. they should reimbusre my money. I have had asthma since the toxic smell has come out of boiler room.

Hotel Photos are Very Deceptive. Rundown Property. Did Not Stay & No Refund.

The front desk staff was friendly.

The pictures on the website are a complete fabrication of the truth. I trusted the Wyndham name. But what I discovered was a very rundown and dirty shell of what it formally used to be. There was peeling paint, scuffs on the wall, our room felt very dirty. We ended up checking out without a refund and booking into another hotel. I would have had a better time lighting $200 on fire.

Good for work. Nothing special. I would stay again for work purposes, but I wouldn’t leave anything valuable in my hotel

Cheap stay for work purposes. Good breakfast. Staff is friendly. Don’t leave valuables in room.

I did experience an employee most likely housekeeping walk right in after a quick little knock. It was only 9:30 AM luckily we had the setting lock engaged.

I decided to come out west on a Wednesday. It is now Sunday. I booked the room Saturday night. Unbelievable. Stay awesom

Hotel razoável, necessitando de reforma!

As camas são confortáveis e o hotel bem localizado. O banheiro do quarto parecia ter sido renovado recentemente.

No geral o hotel necessita urgentemente de uma reforma. As instalações tem uma aparência desgastada e a limpeza, mesmo das áreas coletivas, deixa a desejar. Café da manhã em espaço pequeno e meio tumultuado.

Mold around the tub. Dirty walls, Gaps around the exterior door. Dirty and unkept grounds. The lobby was under construction and covered in plastic where you would have breakfast. Extremely dated and should be a tear down. We left and drove home!

Don’t recommend

The price but later found it on Price Line after I booked through Booking.com for $60.

It was very small and dirty. The floor looked like it had water damage and the wall paper is pealing off at the top. The door and the baseboards were gross.

Alright, but this will not be my first choice of hotels in Flagstaff going forward.

Best pillows ever! Nice bathroom. Bed was comfy.

Breakfast was crappy at best, property was pretty dingy for the price paid.

This place needs a update or remodel.

We slept with the window open and the smell of the trees was nice. They had a deep pool.

Getting old and rusty. We had a big crack in the ceiling in our room

We had a long trip ahead of us, thrugh 118 degree weather, and were very pleased that we landed here

Most everything about this location was nice. The breakfast was pretty good. The coffee was good and they had waffles, fruit juice, and everything else you would expect for a hotel hot breakfast. The room was clean and pretty well outfitted. The bed was confy and the hotel was quiet and restfull.

The Hand Rail to the Jacuzzi was dangerously loose and caused me to fall when getting out of the jacuzzi. Would have liked it if the facility was non-smoking in all areas as people were smoking out by the pool and created an issue where we had to cut our pool/jacuzzi time short.

Very comfortable stay for a decent price.

The breakfast and staff were great. The pool was nice but could tell it was old and not updated, there was some Foundation along the top of the pool that was cracking/falling off. The hot tub was very nice. The rooms were very comfortable.

the entrance to the hotel was off a very busy intersection and it had a sharp curve and you couldn't see other vehicles exiting very well. They did have a mirror to try to help with seeing oncoming vehicles as you entered off the very busy road.

You get what you pay for!

The breakfast was above average for a free breakfast! It made up for the room being gross! I also liked that the stairs required room key to get in!

The room could have used a deep clean! We were in room 210 and behind thrle bed where the electric outlet was had some dark brown (blood? drink?) stuff all around it. It was gross! I took pictures!

Nice staff and rooms breakfast wasn't great

There was burned sausage not good food no waffle mix and no one refilled it we had to go elsewhere for breakfast

The breakfast was not ok. The staff was very nice and facilities were clean . I just was not ok with the breakfast everything else was good.

not happy

we stayed in the same location a week before on the 3 rd floor, it was a great room comfortable clean and everything worked. so we decided to stay on the way home a week later. on a different floor. the bed was old the plug didn’t work in the bathroom there was holes in the wall in the bathroom and the wallpaper was coming off the wall. the air conditioner only worked on fan continuously.

Parking is horrendous. Guests just park, however, they please and block 10 parking spot with their truck and trailers.

Will definitely stay again.

Fast, easy and painless check in. Room was clean and in good repair. Everything in room worked, linens in bathroom and on bed were clean. Was thrilled to see beds had regular sized pillows instead of the tiny ones most hotels have been gravitating towards. Bed was comfortable and appreciated the in room coffee maker, microeave and fridge. Location is convenient and close to airport, and room rates are affordable and some of the most reasonable in the area. Front desk staff is friendly and efficient. Was within walking distance of restaurants and stores. Continental Breakfast was running a little late and not fully out when I arrived, but appreciated none the less.

Walkways outside of rooms need some repair and paint, but I'm going to give them a lot of slack here since the winter in Flagstaff this year was really extreme and brutal.
