I was very pleased with everything.

The breakfast was fine. Pancake maker was something I had never seen before. Facility was very clean.

Wish there had been an elevator but I managed.

Ok for a night.

Screaming babies in breakfast room, very humid in breakfast room, no air conditioning in breakfast room. Didn’t eat breakfast even though it was included. The room wasn’t as clean as what was rated. The beds were comfortable. The place looked like it needed an upgrade. Good enough for a stop over.

Value for money, lot of amenities. Good for a single night stay and minimal luggage.

1. Ample parking 2. Staff 3. Options in room 4. Value for money 5. Near motorway 6. 24 hour front desk 7. Good food option nearby (with in 2 miles) 8. Cleans rooms. 9. Check in process is super smooth.

1. Rooms were clean but not all lobbies 2. If you get a room on the second floor , the only option to carry luggage is through stairs. 3. Rooms need renovation, a lot of amenities have aged out.

Susan atbthe desk was very welcoming and helpful. Everyone we encountered did a wonderful job.

Excellent breakfast with many options. The staff member in the dining room was very friendly and helpful

Rebecca and Sue were so kind to us during our stay.

Pool area could use a little updating but overall nice.

The staff was extremely friendly and on top of all of our issues

There was a roach in our room in which I brought to staffs attention, no water in the whole hotel so unable to use the in room jaccuzi, hot tub in pool area water was cold, smoke detector kept going off from low battery and was told by staff just to take them down and take oout the batteries. I was told I was going to be comped my room but still have not heard from anyone, I believe the owner, Henry was notified and notes were all over our account.

Superb

Breakfast was fine and staff was friendly and helpful . Was told be central booking that transportation to and from Albany airport. If it was I would have rented a car . When I checked in I found a sign on the desk suggesting Uber and Lyft were unreliable and there was only one cab driver in the area . Fortunately , I booked him 36 hours in advance but had I waited it would have been a problem .
