Room was comfortable and would stay again.

Small, quite a wait to get a waffle and congested to have access to food. Disorganized in finding cups for juice or bowls for cereal.

No place for your toiletries bag in bathroom so ended up setting up ironing board as a place to set them.

Conveniently located on the North side of Ann Arbor and to North Campus of the University of Michigan within a short drive to downtown Ann Arbor and Central Campus.

Great trip for my son! He said the hotel and our room was beautiful!

Continental breakfast was excellent with the waffle makers provided.

Probably won't return to this hotel

Convenient location that had adequate parking.

Bed in first room we tried was WAY TOO SOFT - uncomfortable. We asked for a new room, but staff was a bit rude, telling us that they had never gotten a comment like that before.

Really bad experience...

Location was excellent

Room was too small. No Hot breakfast. For $140 a night, I expected a lot more. Pillows were hard as a rock…Had I known how small the rooms were, I would have not booked here. Virtual no staff to be seen, even at the front desk. Terrible overall. Will not be back.

Water pressure was awful, thos of us with thick hair had trouble!😒

Okay for one night

It was in a convenient location to visit Ann Arbor and was good value for the price. Room clean and comfortable.

The air conditioning would not stay at set temperature. Staff tried to help but all night it was hot in the room and then too cold. Breakfast was minimal

Fit the bill very nicely for our one night stay.

aside from the tv. we enjoyed our stay.

Had an early morning medical appointment and the Microtel was literally 3 minutes away.

we couldn’t get the tv to work. called the front desk, they were willing to send someone up, but it was already late. Maintenance came up in the morning and found the problem, but we were checking out..

Clean, spacious room. Good layout. Lots of drawers and hanging space for clothes.

Needed some maintenance (sink drain slow, shower handle kept turning to hotter setting). Breakfast was pretty plain.

refrigerator very noisy all night long and located next to head of bed, hair dryer inadequate cord length. The requested quiet room was next to the elevator AND ice machine.

Great location for visiting Ann Arbor.

Easy, polite check in. Great location. Breakfast was ok. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Parking was also nice and easy.

We were given a handicap accessible room and the bath room had it's challenges. Having lived with someone in a wheel chair, you could certainly make a few adjustments that would make it better accessible for everyone. Mostly, a counter space for shower/bathroom items would go a long way. Leaving the shower head at the bottom of the pole, so that someone seated can reach it.

Loved this Microtel!

This Microtel has had a wonderful refresh. The rooms are up-to-date, the bed is wonderfully comfortable, and the cleaning crew is exceptional. Not only was my room sparkling clean, but so was the lobby. Immediately at the end of breakfast, they cleaned the entire area. During the week there is a shuttle to take you around town, a couple of excellent grocery stores (Busch's & Plum Market), several eateries including Panera Bread, and public transportation a few minutes walk away. Exceptional value for the money!

The hotel was pretty noisy. Guests next to me were very loud at night and car alarms kept going off during the night. The toilets flush very loud as well and I could hear the toilets flush from rooms next to mine as well.

Clean, nice staff location good

Would have liked hot scrambled eggs and a meat. Probably wouldn’t eat there again. Waffles soggy difficult to cut. Had to unplug fridge, so noisy. Didn’t tell staff til check out because late and wanted to sleep.
