Was once a repeating customer

I normally never have any issues with the comfort as a matter of fact it is usually my go to hotel , however this last trip I most recently stayed there everything seemed great at first I booked through booking and upon arriving it was pretty easy getting my room and the night audit was awesome, however after checking into the room and deciding that I wanted to book for an additional night I immediately went back down to front desk and let the concierge know. His response was to come back first thing in the morning and he'd be sure to get me set up in same room at the same cost. He wasn't able to just add additional night right that second because I booked through booking.... So after going to bed and having the early wake up to ensure I was going to be able to enjoy having room for the following night (which would've been tonight through Saturday) I was abruptly told that it wasnt going to happen unless I paid significantly more than i was promised to pay , and I stayed calm and responded in a respectful manner that i did not have the extra funds in my account to cover and was quite upset about incident. I did however remain calm when trying to explain what was promised to me the night before and that if I had known that it would have been more out of my pocket the following morning to rent the room for an additional night that I would've paid for it the original night I checked in. After being let down by the morning concierge I asked for a manager and was dismissed by her rudely that Mike wouldn't be in for the weekend

Fantastic, very satisfied customer!

The staff was very friendly and the rooms are very spacious

I enjoyed my stay altogether and have no complaints except maybe offer free laundry? And bigger hygiene bottles!

Exceptional

The staff was great we had a booking issue with booking.com not having our rooms and the counter guy made everything right and went above and beyond he did a fantastic job for us and some of our baseball teammates who had same issues

Overall good stay. Staff was great and location is good. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great!!

Kids enjoyed the outdoor pool area. It was nice.

One of our rooms smelled musty. Like there was a moisture issue. Room was clean but musty.

Great value for the price!

Staff was very friendly during check in. Bed was comfy and the heater works great!

Room could have been cleaned more thorough Ex: shower walls had a small amount of mold at the top of the wall. Walls are very thin so we could hear the customers in the room next door talking.

Overall, the hotel gave us a basic room to stay in that seemed a bit overpriced.

The bed was comfortable and the room stayed a good temperature. It was easy to find.

A bit run down; they slapped paint over rusty, damaged, or older surfaces that looked like repairs or new doors were needed, for example. It could really use a shuttle service; I was stranded downtown until almost 2am with my ten year old son because the game I attended was a night game and there aren't enough taxis or Ubers to serve the area.

We won’t stay there again. It just was not as nice as we thought it would be from the online pictures.

The staff was very nice and very friendly. No issues with them at all. The morning breakfast looked really good. we did t get to eat there but the coffee was good.

Our room had some issues. It appeared to be a room maybe not used much. The fire alarm was hanging out of the ceiling, the couch had horrible stains on it, The room was clean but certain areas could have used more cleaning. the bathtub had awful stains and looked like dirt in it. The elevator looked very run down. it had electrical tape all over it and missing buttons. The mattress was worn out. you could feel the springs when moving around. You could hear every car that went by on the road outside all night long, and they were loud.
