Dirty room, ripped wallpaper, cloths hanger left in room, bed sheets not on bed straight, also this hotel serves breakfast the latest I’ve ever seen.

Carpet was damp & dirty. Bathroom was so dirty, I couldn't take a shower. Breakfast was not good.

A pleasant surprise, one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in.

The room was larger than a normal hotel room with comfy furniture and a bigger than normal tv. The breakfast was plentiful and had folks refilling things as they got low. Coffee never ran out. The people at the front desk were above and beyond friendly and helpful and always smiling, especially Lynette. We plan to return next year, or any time we happen to be in the area. And, I’m switching from Marriott to Comfort Suites for the hotel I look for when traveling.

Remember I didn't stay because you were holding my grandson's and I room for someone else.

I am not happy at all I made a reservation so that we would have a place to stay. When we walk in the door we were told that they had overbooked. Even though there were very few cars in the parking lot we were told I was just getting ready to call you we don't have a room for you due to events in the area. That is why I booked a room several weeks ago because of events in the area. We had soccer games Saturday and Sunday.

Now I'm at this question and the answer is still the same. You have a very poor way of doing business and I'm being nice. Telling a customer that you don't have a room for them is totally unacceptable unless a catastrophe happened and the building can't be occupied. Not happy and I will not hesitate to share that with anyone.

sweet staff

The manager personally took care of a problem I was having with the room. Did so beyond the call of duty. Made my stay much more enjoyable. They were helpful when the family gathered late for a birthday party and cards.

wonderful for the price point !

the property was clean. the staff was welcoming and friendly. the room was huge & amazing!

the fact that someone smoked weed the night we stayed which caused the fire alarm to go off. just do it outside. ☺️

Would not stay again

location was good. close to interstate with a lot of food and shopping options within minutes. All staff we interacted with were friendly.

Beds were like rocks, lights from gas station outside room shined in all night, couch looked and felt very worn and had no extra bedding for sofa bed. Towels in bathroom were stained. Dated. We were only there for an overnight stop so it was fine for a night.

disappointed.

the pool was open and the breakfast was good. the room was a decent size and the king size bed was comfortable.

when we walked in the room was set at 82 degrees it was so hot it almost made you sick. the room didn’t smell clean and there was splash marks from some kind of liquid all over the rolling desk chair. and the sleeper sofa had stains and cigarette burns on the couch cushions and then when I pulled out the sleeper for our son to sleep on there were dirty socks hanging from the frame. then when the mattress unfolded there were brown stains on the mattress as well when I went to look for an extra set of sheets in the closet there were none. when I called the front desk I was told I’d have to come down for them. the elevator was super slow every time we used it and when I got down to get them I was given a set of sheets and one blanket and no extra pillows for him to use. it was very frustrating and disappointing. the bathroom also had dark hairs all over the floor and in the tub.

Beds were comfy, quiet at night, great breakfast

Sofa bed frame broke(we made it work) and had to ask for bedding for it...but also know some remodeling is happening soon. Pool temp could be warmer.

-We had issues with the toilet not being able to flush several times -I got a bug bite while sitting on the couch that turned into a welt (my suspicion is a bed bug bite) -Stains on the couch, throughout the carpet -The place definitely needs updating and refurbishing

Great atmosphere and friendly staff - Highly recommend if needing a stay in the Area

Loved the cleanliness of the facility in general, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, great atmosphere overall. Would definitely stay here again.

Mattresses were a little worn/old but still in decent shape and good price value. Market prices for in-hotel snacks/drinks were a little high, but overall can't really say much that I didn't like.

This was our second stay .

This was a perfect location for us while visiting family and friends.

The carpet in our room had seen better days, ex.: walking into the bathroom from the bedroom the edges were frayed. The couch in our room was not comfortable to sit on at all.

Convenient but disappointing

convenient, close to where we needed to be.

first room the door was not locked when we went to go in and would not lock once inside. Was given another room that was better but the heat was on and around 80f inside. took several hours for it to cool down even a little. TV remote was missing the battery cover so the batteries would fall out constantly. property just looked run down.

Superb

I like the location. It was close to stores & restaurants. It was about a 22 min drive to the children's museum. The breakfast was good. My son loved the pool. Overall stay was good. Would definitely stay here again

The only thing was the pillows were to flat and the bed was ok. Woke up with my back hurting a little. Overall stay was good.
