Lodging at Sundial lodge a disappointment. Facility was worn and in need of upgrades. Many items not working or broken. Pick up and drop off of skis and boots each day a big hassle. This process needs to be reworked. Took a lot of time and disorganized.

Staff was extremely accommodating with our atypical schedule.
Family oriented, so you may have difficulty relaxing in the hot tub.

location, the space in room, separate bedroom from living space.
Old style.

not what I was paying for I booked a room so I could have a fireplace the room was not the one I selected and was moved to another after the fact

I wasn’t here for snow but the fall colors were breathtaking. Unfortunately the Canyons is under a great deal of construction. Also, apparently EVERYTHING at this resort closes off its not ski season. Getting an Uber or Lyft is dicey at best and there are no car rentals unless booked well in advance.

What breakfast?
Sofa was very uncomfortable

No one was at the front desk after 8:00 pm. When we got ready for bed, there were no sheets for the pull beds. We had no way to get some because no one to answer phones or get them from the front desk.

Area is nice & Door leading outside
The room was dirty.
Pulled back the blankets to find hair in the bedding! Had to call to get new bedding they only sent up plain sheets. Hair was embedded in the fitted sheet…. Don’t think it ever gets changed out???
Weird window into the bathroom above the tub?
Toothpaste left over from previous guests on the Kleenex in bathroom. I don’t think the room ever gets vacuumed. White socks turned brown. Trash hasn’t been taken out. Left over empty bottle in trash.
Roads under construction and hard to know where to go.

Isabella at the front desk was outstanding. The one bedroom suite was perfect. it had everything we needed for our one week stay. The location of our suite was outstanding in that we could view the concerts from our balcony.
The only negative was the construction and the poor condition of the entrance road. We loved the canyons area but we were disappointed that many shops and services were closed.
The Construction. The poor condition of the entrance road. To many shops and services closed and not available.

Real easy to get on slopes and many eating areas to choose from.
Really nothing. All was great.

Great location if you come to ski.
No hot water when we get back from skiing from 4-6. Barely warm. They told us that we have to wait and take shower not during peak hours (ridiculous!!)
Would like to have some more closet space in room. Since most people stay there for skiing and have a lot of clothes - more closets would be nice!
