Aeson was incredibly helpful and very apologetic about the problems we encountered.
We were asked to check in virtually at a kiosk. Was very difficult to hear the person on the screen - this is because the kiosk is located right beside the desk where a real person was checking in other people. When we got to our room, we discovered it had not been cleaned - the dirty linens had been pulled off the bed and tossed on the floor. Someone had used the toilet and didn’t flush it. It was all disgusting.

Chambre propre, accueil top, le staff est très sympa. Petit déjeuner et place de parking. Bon rapport qualité prix.
Il manquait un rideau à notre chambre, du coup on voyait à l’intérieur si nous ne fermions pas le volet.

Сlean room, a working coffee/tea machine, good location.
Awful artificial fragrance smell in the room!!! It's some kind of freshener or fragrance in cleaning solution. Same in the other rooms. We were traveling with friends, they have a room on the other side of the building, and it had the same smell. We kept the doors and windows open for hours, but it helped only a little. We put "Don't disturb" sigh on our door to make sure the staff doesn't add that fragrance again. By the second night the smell almost went away, and we could finally sleep without a headache.

The room’s floor was a little dirty

Quiet. Friendly staff.
Room was not cleaned well. Floors were dirty, road next to room looked right into the bathroom.

Spacious room, clean, good location to visit the Arches.
Loud AC, broken hanger, broken pipes under the sink.

clean, efficient check in. spacious, easy access, great location
we were very satisfied
4.0
Location near the Arches. Breakfast was in the next to our and was good (continental).
Check-in with a remote person need to get used to but it worked.

Not much, a very modest motel-like place without any manned facility, including the front desk. The front desk is "maned" by a Zoom type computer screen, quite weird. Nobody present at the facility to address in person any problem that may arise, such as my difficulties in opening boy rooms door, and so on and so forth.
No maned front desk, chronic difficulties in opening my room door, no bathroom supplies (soap etc) upon arrival, no breakfast facility (although advertised in Booking.com as having one).

- big and comfortable bed
- good location
- small room
- dirty floor

Breakfast was supposed to be included but we were told that they don’t serve breakfast anymore. We were checking in at the same time as two other parties and they were in the same situation as us. Eventually the person who was checking us in remotely on a screen (I think from another country) said we could get breakfast at a sister hotel.
Nobody in person to check us in and checked us in to an unmade up room - or even worse maybe gave us keys to someone else’s room who was still staying there. I opened the door and the bedsheets were pulled back and bed slept in. This was not a cheap accommodation but clearly the owner is trying to save money by using a machine with a video link to someone in another country where labour is cheaper. There in no staff in person to assist with needs like more toilet paper, towels, questions. I can only wonder what happens if a guest locks themselves out.

Good motel, close to the Arches NP entrance.

The rooms were clean!
No staff around
4.0
nice pillows, good shower
no receptionist, no tea in lobby coffee only
3.0
Good location to go to Arches and Canyonlands NP.
Clean and roomy.
Checkin via monitor. I prefer direct human contact. Makes it easier to address things quickly, e.g. getting more coffee.
Despite the info on here that there would be breakfast available for 1 dollar/day as well as Starbucks coffee all day, there was neither.

Good location, I like the fact that they use solar energy. They offer hot breakfast in the nearby Adventure Inn.
It looks like they started renovating the hotel and stopped midway. It could be really nice, but it needs some more work…
2.5
They don't have any employees on site, only through a kiosk at check in. Can't get ahold of anyone when needed. They advertise as having breakfast, they don't!
2.5
convenient, reasonable price.
no humans, breakfast cancelled even though being listed on line. the kiosk sucks.

There was a long black hair and several smaller black hairs on the sheets when I rolled back the bedcovers.
The room was unclean and dark and not as described.
I asked for a refund because I was not going to stay in a place that was that unclean and the manager said he couldn’t figure out how to refund my money because I had booked it through Booking.com.
I got Booking.com on the phone and they tried to walk him through the process of refunding the money and he said he still couldn’t figure it out.
I am very disappointed in this experience and I would not recommend this place at all.

location
No real person to check you in, rather remote operator communicating through a Kikos. TV didnt work and it took three calls and 2.5 hours for a person to come fix it.
Next morning informed they no longer serve breakfast. Remote operator couldnt suggest anything as he was not familiar with the neighborhood.

It was close to the national parks and easy to check in.
There were cockroaches in the bathroom, and the bathroom had a mildewy smell to it.

Room was noisy, bed was dirty and smelled like mold. Ended up leaving property for another hotel. Staff said they would refund room but haven’t seen anything yet.

relatively low price, clean, fairly quiet, microwave and refrigerator worked
1) no person in front office, all checkin at site is in the front office but remote, had to wait ~5 min. for person to appear on screen; 2) demanded credit card even though room already paid, so they could store card information according to the clerk, thus exposing customers to identity theft when credit card information is hacked due to feeble security typical of small businesses ; 3) no chair or table in room; 4) no cups for coffee until third (last) day

Great place for the price in Moab. Simple but clean and comfortable and a super short drive from town.

Price. Fridge was cold.
Electric outlet didn’t work has to move the light to the opposite side of room. Toiled had urine streaks and hair along the bowl from previous clients. Overall cleanliness would not meet most people’s expectations. The first room I was sent to had not been cleaned.the bed sheets and towels were still on the floor. The second room I was assigned to had been cleaned but was pretty gross in the bathroom.
3.0
Nice room good size great location
Bathroom toilet was clogged and wouldn’t flush properly and they didn’t get help for us in a timely matter.
