What breakfast!!
I didn’t like the office employee being on a remote screen. Very impersonal and hard to understand.

Looks very unassuming from the outside but the room was lovely!
The pillows weren't the most comfortable

It was close to everything.
The staff was no where to be found when we needed them for a problem in the room. After a couple of calls to the main number, she showed up about 10:30 pm.

Great location near downtown.
Parking was fine but not great.
4.5 / 5.0
Excellent location, easy walk to many places in Moab. The Virginian Inn was a very nice motel and reasonably priced for the location. Nice features like a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, shelves for food, large desk area, and a reading chair. Check-in through video kiosk.
Fitted sheet was for a full-size bed instead of a queen-size bed, so it kept slipping off.

vary unkept sink and shower would not drain, had to pull the hole desk out to find power cord for tv and it was filthy behind it remote was so nasty we ended up not using tv had to pull microwave out and set in desk to plug in. behind the bed and night stand were disgusting also i got a parking ticket for parking were hotel person on the keose told me to park my truck and trailer.

Pas grand chose
Les photos de l'hôtel ne correspondent pas à la réalité, propreté très douteuse. Aucun personnel. Extrêmement cher. Je regrette d'y avoir séjourné.

Location and value
No safe in room, no safe available at office, no do not disturb hanger in room, and lights didn’t work outside room at night. They have a card posted in room saying they are not responsible for personal property and valuables left in room or vehicle but have no safe or secure storage available. Plus they use a virtual check-in system with limited in-person support available at the hotel office. If they say they aren’t responsible and people are entering your room, they need to be responsible for providing a safe, or a secure storage space, and ensure the outside lights are working.

Location off Main Street hit close to shops and restaurants. Beautiful view of rock from windows.

The room was very spacious, with a long bench on which the tv was situated- providing a lot of space to place belongings during our stay. It is located very close to the Main Street and right across the road from a nice diner. the water pressure in the shower was great too
The digital check in was new for us, with what appeared to be no one on site. Don’t know what would happen in case there was an emergency.

The reception(I think her name was Rachel) was nice and accommodating. Addressed our concerns and gave us what we need.
The cleaner didn’t change our beddings during our second day. I got severe flu when I woke up the first night. No toilet paper and no cable when we arrive. They need a better cleaning team.

Easy to check in late at night
Nothing I didn’t like

The location and price were good.
We did not like that the hotel does not have front desk staff. We had to speak via a computer to some random person off site.

E-Kiosk check in was fun. I liked it. Location is perfect to visit national parks.
Rooms were big and reasonably equipped.

The location was ok and there was enough parking space
Parking under a tree was a bad experience - the car was over and over full of birdshit, which was difficult to remove
We missed a person in the reception. Talking to a photo on a screen is not what we would have expected in a motel
in this high price range. The price was very high and ther was no breakfast offered

Clean room, great value.
The bathroom sink needs to be resealed, not a big deal though!
The railing was SO hot that I couldn’t touch it, had to go up and down extra slow

AC was working well.
We could hear the people above on the second floor.

Rooms were clean, good location in Moab town for a night between national parks. Checkin was via a machine doing a Skype call — but worked well.
4.5 / 5.0
The location off the main road was great. And the proximity to the parks was also excellent.
We couldn't get parking on one night in the hotel lots.

As described, basic but good location

Central Location, perfect to discover town
Large, clean and comfy room
Hotel looks old
No human contact at check-in and out. Efficient and fast but not used to this.
Garden looks neglected.
Some.noise from room to room.

It was one of the more affordable places in Moab.
Not the cleanest or nicest room. I did like the tile floor rather than carpeted floors. The front desk virtual experience was different, I could get used to it.

The room was clean and the facilities were good.
The smells of the room were not good. The outside of the room was noisy in the morning because the room was very close to the Ice machine and cleaning staff’s room.

Not having a person to check you in.

Great location. Pretty big room. Safe area.
I asked for a first floor room due to back issues. They had us on the second floor, no elevator. The cold water faucet in the tub was stripped. Was a little hard to get it on and off. Reported it when we left. They gave me the wrong wifi password. At 9pm no one was in the office to help. Finally found it in the welcome book.
