Location. Short, safe walk to Arrowhead Stadium and the Royals stadium. Breakfast was good
No maid service for a 2 day stay. Would have liked fresh towels. Bar/restaurant closed on Sunday??

Breakfast was great, plenty of options. Bed was nice and comfortable. Lobby looked like it had been remodeled recently.
Outside of the hotel looked rough. Its easy to miss to turn into the hotel if you aren't paying attention. My gps told me to "turn on the road past the taco bell". We also never received towels in our room for our one night stay, even after we asked.

Location! We wanted to stay close to the Kaufman Stadium.
We had to wait over an hour to check in as the hotel
was short of linens due to prior five hour power outage. We were short on towels and they seem a bit worn out. Breakfast was zoo. There was limited supply of everything- coffee, tea bags, silverware, plates and fresh sand cooked food. I

It was nice and close to the stadium.
Parking at the hotel wasn’t the best. Hotel was slightly outdated.

Loved the convenience to the ballpark. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast buffet was wonderful, the best we had over 10 hotels.
Parking was tight, driveway was narrow. Bathroom had a lingering vomit smell though it was obviously clean. Bathroom was small.

We enjoyed the Boulevard Grill inside the hotel. Staff there was amazing!
Front desk staff was not friendly or accommodating upon arrival. My son was looking forward to using the indoor pool, however it was closed due to construction.

Location
Picture of swimming pool, but when I got there pool was closed. Probably would not have booked it if I had known that. Promised my grandkids they could swim. Staff said it was mentioned on website. Only thing it was mentioned that pool was closed was the frequently asked questions area. If you see a picture of a pool then that answers your question. Not going to read everything. Went through 3 different rooms. 1st one air conditioner wasn't working, 2nd one key wouldn't work too get in. Had to go to front desk 3 different times. Finally the 3rd room worked but it was like the outside light was was shining straight in room. Window curtains didn't cover the whole window. Woke up at 2am and it was like the sun was shining in the windows. Won't stay there again. Was not happy

Staff was professional and friendly. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was top notch. Location great.
Fitness room was too hot to really get serious about working out. We were on the first floor by lobby. There was quite a bit of noise and talking coming from the lobby area after 10pm. Even after 12pm. Hallways produce an echo effect. Shower rod was poorly installed. Other noticeable shortcuts on premise maintenance. We were not informed on the website that the pool was under construction.

Location to Kauffman, breakfast options, restaurant/bar on-site, room. It was mid-80s when we arrived in KC, so it was nice and welcoming that the room AC was set at 68 and it was nice and cool in the room.
Updating in bathroom needed to be done in our room. There was a hole. In the wall that looked like it was just stuffed with tissue or some kind of paper.
Toilet kept filling/running after flushing and then would not completely finish my the time or start was over

The location is great for Chiefs or Royals games. Breakfast was good.
The rooms could definitely use some upgrading. It looks like the doors have layers of paint just slopped on. Beds are hard and not comfortable. Just not a completely comfortable feel about the place.

Front desk exceptionally friendly. Allowed us to check in early. Breakfast was excellent! Close to everything. Beds were very comfortable...I have bad insomnia and thats the best night sleep i had in awhile😊 I would highly recommend to my friends and family!
Honestly I cant think of anything. This isnt even a big deal....the only thing I didnt like was the room door was heavy and lock was a little loose. Everything else was perfect!
