Pésima estadía, me cobraron 3 veces. No vale la pena

Nada.

Me cobraron 3 veces la cuenta. Me generaron un perjuicio financiero importante. Un miembro del staff fue irrespetuoso. Las habitaciones son viejas y sucias. Es súper caro y no vale la pena. Hice una queja en booking y no hicieron nada. Están en obra y no avisan antes de reservar. No volveré.

Did not stay staff very helpful but still waiting refund

They said there would be refurbishment it was full scale construction. . I have video should anyone want to see it.

Thoroughly enjoyed it cannot wait to return when everything is all done.

The whole experience was amazing.

All the renovations that were taking part. although we were warned there was work being carried out, we did not realise how much was being done, Saing that, it did not spoil the expierence.

Stay in a more modern hotel even if it’s a bit further away from the parks

Really close to the parks

The rooms need a proper renovation. Outside the building there was construction going on and we were put in a room without any window and with workers working during the day. Very expensive for what you get in the end

Beautiful hotel!

Our room was very far away from everything, they were doing some building work and had scaffolding up outside the window and they could do with some additional charge points in the rooms for usb/usb-c connectors

You get what you pay for at Portofino Bay

It's expensive to go to Universal studios and stay at the portofino Bay hotel, but at least the hotel covers the price of the express pass at the park which makes it the same cost as one of the lesser priced Universal hotels. Staying at the hotel is like a visit to Paradise. It's beautiful and the boat ride to the Universal Park entrance is phenomenal. The staff here is fantastic and being from a big city it was an unexpected pleasure to find good Italian food right on the grounds of the hotel. Special note to the gentleman who organizes the valet and parking in front of the hotel. This man takes pride in his work and he is extremely friendly and efficient.

There was nothing not to like. Sure the price is exorbitant for a hotel stay in Florida, but it does cover those Express passes for your entire visit and for each member of your family.

we had a Great time and the kids loved it, but I would have spent this large sum of money going to the real Portofino in

beautiful property. the exterior and lobby are extremely well kept. staff was super polite. great access to amusement park.

while the room was very clean and comfortable, a little dated and dingy. the makeup mirror and toilet paper holder loose from the wall. not really within walking distance of anything except universal. the food was very mediocre for the price charged. the quality of rooms and food does not justify the price.

The location of the property is excellent. The pool area is also very good.

The Starbucks could be larger as there were always long ques especially in the morning. Breakfast was fine.

The resort doesn’t honor reservations details. I reserved a king size room with water. But what I was offered is a room with two queen size beds. I paid extra to get a room with king size bed but they just ignored that. No refund and no apology. Also, I need to wait for a long time to take water taxi from parks to resort because somehow there is only one shift traveling between the parks and the resort. Overall, the resort looks old. Room service is quite expensive. Two bottle water and one coke cost me $21.
