Mini Vacation family of 9

The comfortable beds the staff were amazing. We loved the atmosphere. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. June 29th was my mom's birthday and the bar staff sang Happy Birthday to my mom and gave her a piece of cheesecake for her birthday. Will definitely come back.

The only thing we didn't enjoy was the noise of the pool. We had girls who were screaming and splashing with no adult supervision.

I would not recommend this hotel.

The breakfast buffet and wait staff there were great

The elevators were broken down and not working. The first day guests were sent to service elevator. Once the only working elevator was fixed we could use that. Too many guests to have only one working elevator. It was awful! Carpet in room was disgusting. Staff was not responsive for towels and coffee for room. Had to ask and go down for sheets and blanket for pullout couch. Blanket was nasty and torn. Would never recommend this hotel. In regards to the elevator, we were informed that the situation has been like that for a month.

The hotel room wasn’t up to par for an type of hotel it is. Cheap towels, dirty curtains, stains on the sheets, carpet had stains, toilet was running.

Nice and clean, but the elevator and the shower situation has dragged the experience down.

Good location, cleanliness, helpful staff

Out of 3 elevators only one was in operation, so it took very long to get to the top floors. There was only hot water in the shower and the temperature of the water could not be adjusted, so it was an unpleasent experience.

we liked the convenience of the location

the staff was rude. no one seemed to get our reservation right we booked 2 nights they claimed they had us for one night. we got a late checkout and it wasn’t noted. so the staff gave us a hard time. very loud and uncomfortable.

my experience was horrible, they couldn’t even accommodate the basic hotels necessities.

The property was clean.

I didn’t receive a towel, blanket or pillows for my pullout couch because They were short on towels, blankets and pillows.

the main floor is ok

Our room had a slight smell to it. The receptionist were very rude, and the hotel keeps charging me additional charges and when I call they cannot seem to figure out why my card keep getting charged.
