Will be staying again

The room was wonderful the only thing was the water in the shower wasn't very hot

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, Shay was wonerful

Great location and room for 5-6 people!

The suite we had suited our trip perfectly for 5 people. Great location for our activities in that area.

The room smelled strongly of cooked fish so we needed to go buy air fresheners to try to reduce the smell. All vending machines were out of order.

Poor value , poor service (except for Sunni, she was great and so was housekeeping staff) , everyone else could care le

Sunni, front desk person was awesome! Fixed my problem- since they had given away my rooms, even though I called to check that they would be available

Broken phone, broken exercise equipment. Gave away my rooms- I reserved a king room w pull out couch- needed two beds and was given a room with one bed. Night front desk person did nothing to resolve the problem and even lied about what he was doing . Told me he was looking for roll a way beds - came to find out the hotel doesn’t even have one. Said he would call the manager but left a message on the sales office line- that was closed at 11pm. I had to stay up until 2:30 in the morning trying to rectify the situation. Plus had to share a bed with my colleague because they gave away my rooms. When they finally resolved my problem the following morning my- and I was moved to the rooms I had reserved, I was told there were no more blankets for the pull out couch. I had to be cold while sleeping . It was 30-40 degrees in Cleveland at the time. Oh! And the night worker - Alex- was high every night. We stayed 5 nights and every night we saw him there was an overwhelming smell of marijuana.

Expensive but fine

Clean, spacious rooms, comfortable

It was extremely expensive for what it was, admittedly this was during the solar eclipse, but still the price was outrageous. The hotel staff were average - the front desk has loud music playing when I checked in and I couldn’t hear the front desk attendant, I asked him to turn it down or speak a little louder and he refused

There were problems with my booking so I ended up in a handicap space. The manager (Shay) was very helpful in getting us a space, but the room was very uncomfortable, especially the shower, TV didn't work and there were no hangers.

Worst hotel experience EVER!!!

Location only

I booked a king bed and a sofa bed because I had three adults. The room didn't have a sofa bed, so all three of us slept in one bed because they were rude and wouldn't change anything. Sheets were stained and had pubic hair on them. Woke up with ants in the bed with us. I only stayed one night and checked out, and they still refused to give us a refund.

Room wasn’t bad, just disappointed with not having what my booking indicated.

Room was spacious.

My room did not have a sofa and coffee machine. Both were included in the details of my room, this is why I picked this hotel.

Pleasant

Staff was wonderful! Room was clean and comfortable.

Was sad that pool was closed for renovations. With one floor closed off, there was only one ice machine available and we could never get ice!

Under construction , dirty, waking up to drilling and hammering above me. If you stay long enough to fill up the garbage can you take the garbage out t Yourself.

Breakfast is to go. I didn't notice this when I booked a room. I thought breakfast included is same as the other hotels. We don't like the location.

Nothing about this hotel but location is good

The room had dirty towels hanging in the bathroom. The bed was so hard. The tv is hanging where you can’t actually see it comfortably anywhere. The whole set up is bad. The pool was closed due to be nasty. They didn’t do the breakfast . Also, the phone lines where down and they didn’t know why. I went complained and got money back and went to a different hotel. The lady at front desk was nice. She understood as they had been having a lot of complaints due to not enough staff.

It sucked!!!

I do NOT like paying good money for a facility that promises services that they do not deliver. I do NOT like being treated as though I am not "good enough" to even be acknowledged by the staff. The only staff member who treated me like I was a human was the kind lady that checked me in on the evening of 3-21-23 at approximately 8:15 p.m. In addition to the already mentioned issues, the bed was definitely one the worst ones that I've ever slept on in a hotel.

Room was spacious and clean.

No wash cloths in the room and had to ask for soap! Staff said "they were running short" on wash cloths! Hotel rate was to include breakfast (grab and go continental), but there was NO breakfast to speak of as of 8:00 a.m. -- only coffee and tea. Staff said "oh, we must have run out of breakfast!" I don't think there ever was breakfast available! Absolutely NO sign of any food being placed on the counters. As busy travelers, we would have appreciated something small to eat.

toilet was broken I had to open the tank fix the valve by hand each time. also the sink was clogged hahah. I didn’t call to fix cos it was late at night.

It was an ok stay overall.

Room was nice, staff was nice.

Room was not clean found a cigarette in the room also there was a vape pin on a charger when I entered. Pool was “out of service” all weekend.

Very good

I liked that the property was in an area that felt safe, was quiet, and close to restaurants and freeways. The room was lovely and spacious.

No USB portals. What?!?! In 2023? When I asked the next day they said, “Yeah, some rooms gave them.” I would have given this place all top ratings if not for that. Also when I pulled out a drawer there was a glob of lotion on the rim of the drawer. and the elevator floors were filthy. Ewwww So class to bring great.

when we open the sofa bed it was dirty, the sofa bed was broken and had stains. And the all they offer is cold breakfast (muffin, mini size tea and coffee, no juice) plus by 9:30am everything was put away.

Great location, great price, nice rooms, comfortable beds, nice pool nice fitness room very friendly staff.
