All in all, it was a good stay.

I liked the location and the staff was nice.

The hallways all smelled like pee and the bed was uncomfortable.

Really great

Janet at the desk went above and beyond when I checked in. It was a stressful long drive and she was very kind and helpful. Then in the am Sandra B literally saved an entire day of shooting a tv series by helping me print out my scripts for the crew. My printer I brought wouldn’t work abs she saved the DAY. I started crying I was so thankful. Then Pat was also extremely kind and helpful when yet another emergency happened. Trystan could take a few notes from the ladies. He can’t help it if his personality isn’t as awesome. I didn’t like his quick responses of no before I even finished my legit questions either. He needs to improve. It’s a huge change in tone and vibe also.

The despite the room door not locking, I slept well without any problems.

The breakfast is typical of what you get at these hotels so nothing major about it. It served its purpose for guests. The front desk clerk during check-in was very nice and personable.

I noticed that my room door didn't lock whenever I left the room. Thank God I didn't leave all my expense camera gear in the room when I discovered it the next morning. Also, when I tried to contact the front desk about the issue I noticed that the phone wasn't plugged up. It was like they set it up like a prop.

Hot tub disappointing

Location is good

We visited to use the the hot tub and pool. The hot tub was only half way filled up. I took photos. Also it was not hot at all. Just warm. Very disappointing.

Not worth the price yet

New beds were comfortable, breakfast was ok

Construction mess and dust everywhere ...many unfinished areas.....clutter all about.....filthy pool /hottub area

i have no reason too

to be honest nothing really. the working in the day I checked in were nice but the lady that work that night was rude. i was not informed of the construction/remodeling yes I asked for early check in but was still never told about that. i think once that’s done it will be a good place to stay. but when there are mattresses all in the hall and all you can smell is paint. not the best time

everything. this was the worst Hotel I have stayed at. all u can smell paint mattresses in the way breakfast was awful. holes in the wall were I was staying.

I didn’t like that I booked three beds and before I arrived they left me a voicemail asking if they could downgrade me to two beds, when they called again and asked I told them no when I arrived my booking had been switched without me confirming it. We had small children with us it was New Year’s Eve we went to swim the front desk called us probably 10 times asking us to keep it down before 8 PM They would call sometimes when we weren’t even in the room. The room was dirty crushed Doritos on the ground smelled like cigarettes. Half of the building was under construction the hot tub didn’t work lights were burnt out in the indoor room just basically shouldn’t even be open.

Very nice place to stay in Moore!!! would stay again.

The staff during our stay was very helpful and polite! The beds was very comfortable, the room was clean, awesome pool and jacuzzi! And also had a great breakfast!

The odor turned us off, as we value clean/fresh air during our stay.

The hotel double-booked our room, as we opened the door to someone else’s luggage. We received another room, and this room had a very un-welcoming dog odor. I didn’t realize the hotel allowed pets. We received a third room, and this room fixed the dog odor, but the carpet was hanging on to some unpleasant dirt odors. At this point, we were running late, so we decided to stay in this room.
