Valet men are nice and prompt. The young kid from phoenix was very welcoming.

The hot breakfast is so nasty eggs are watery the sausage is not sausage I have no idea what it was it was so nasty. The only good thing was the cold food and bacon . It's expensive it's 40 a person.

Uncomfortable. I won't stay here again.

Bed was great, room was great, location was great.

The hidden daily $30 fee for food. Apparently I had already paid for it when I purchased through booking.com. When I checked in I was told I would receive an additional $60 fee. So I bought $44 worth of food to use up some of the additional charges. When I checked out, I was told I had already paid for it. Bottomline? I bought food I didn't need or want to receive some value from this daily fee, that I had to pay additionally to my bill. This really bothered me. I felt cheated.

It looks nice in the pictures but is incredibly uncomfortable and cold, and really just a facade.

The size of the room and the comfortable bed and the room was clean. There is really nothing else that we liked about both our room or the hotel.

We got an Executive Suite which was a large room (about 750 sqft) which was like a small apartment, but it was completely barren with a single piece of furniture in one room, and a tiny and horribly uncomfortable a tiny couch that only 2 people could sit in, another super uncomfortable chair. Sure it was clean and everything was new. Best part is that while most of the other hotels have resumed normal services, like room service, seems that the Marriott stopped room service several years even before the pandemic. This hotel sucks in every way.

- Zimmer geräumig und sauber, wir hatten auch ein sehr ruhiges. - Die rooftopbar und der Ausblick - zentrale Lage: von dort aus mit Auto alles sehr gut erreichbar. Auch zu Fuß zum Pier top. - Hilfsbereites Personal - moderne Einrichtung

- Preise sind wirklich sehr hoch (zb 12 Dollar für ein Cola und dann wir erwartet, dass man 18% Trinkgeld gibt) - Bett ein bisschen ‚durchgelegen - Schade, dass die Fenster beim Zimmer mit City View von außen dreckig waren.

Nice comfortable property. The staff were excellent and The View Bar was amazing.

The room was very comfortable as was the bed. Staff were very friendly and the bars and restaurants had a good atmosphere.

Overall a positive experience, with a few glaring shortcomings.

The room was clean and well-appointed. The location was perfect for our planned weekend. The “market” on the ground floor is open late and has slightly more reasonable prices than the other 2 options. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and service-minded. We also liked being able to log-in to our own Netflix account rather than having to pay for movies.

No Room Service. I mean, seriously? A 4-star hotel without Room Service? The prices for amenities are astronomical (which we expect in San Francisco), but the quality didn’t match up. $40 per person for an unimpressive breakfast buffet. Bartenders who can’t make a simple Cosmopolitan. Also - there was supposed to be a tablet in our room we could use to order food (which we would’ve had to pick up in the lobby), but there was no such tablet. It’s also a bit confusing to learn your way around. Different banks of elevators take you to different floors. So finding our way to the top-floor lounge was a matter of trial and error. It would’ve been perfectly easy if there were directions saying “take the pink elevators”. The water pressure on our shower was pitiful, too.

Quarto com bom espaço e bem localizado. O ticket de transporte tb é interessante

Colocar 25 dólares como taxa, apesar de não ser um super custo, me pareceu um pouco fora de contexto.

The location is good. The room is clean and nice.

The parking fee is too expensive and valet parking takes too much time. The internet is not free and non-functional. I could not send emails or see the movie. Besides this, the large group of people were talking and noises even the midnight, 1:00am ~~2:00am. I was disturbed, so I could not sleep well.
