I will never stay in this motel again.

There was NO breakfast. The room was extremely small.....I could NOT USE MY WALKER IN THE ROOM OR BATHROOM. The thing I liked most were the other guests as we shared the very crowded elevator. The location was good for getting on the road the next morning.

1. The room was so small I could not use my walker in the room or the bathroom. 2. The toilet was set so low that I had trouble standing up after using it. 3. The "restaurant" didn't open until after we went out to eat supper.

Loretta was absolutely amazing! Very kind and incredibly helpful. Everyone else was nice, too.

Booking.com didn't have our payment information correct and because we came on a Saturday, nothing could be done to fix it. Very frustrating but Loretta got us taken care of!

We will never stay there again!

Breakfast was poor!!! The location to the airport is fine but there are no eating facilities within walking distance.

Though there is a Starbucks at the hotel the quality of the food and service were poor. The staff at the front desk were not very friendly. Transport to the airport did not materialize at the time promised.

The “cafe” was not at all what we thought it would be. Had to wait on the cafe person to finish fixing something in the hotel? It was just uncomfortable

The property fit my immediate need for area accommodations at short notice w/a good rate.

The staff was exceptional. Everyone I encountered was friendly, helpful, kind, and accommodating (even before I told the front desk that I was there b/c of a family health emergency). DePaul hospital was less than 10 minutes away and the property is very centrally located to area shopping & restaurants.

The on-site laundry facility was a nice add however a little pricey: $2.00 to wash & the same to dry a load of laundry. My BIG BEEF was the cost of the little 1/2 cup box of laundry detergent & 2 sheet box of Snuggle: $7.07 for those 2 items. EXORBITANT. If it had not been so late at night (11:30pm), I would have gone to the store myself but it was rather late and I needed laundry done.

Peaceful getaway

The hotel was lovely and satisfied all of my needs..it was quiet and I got some much needed rest...I loved the room, it was very comfortable and I especially thought the microwave and fridge were a good touch....the staff were always accommodating every time I asked them to take pictures by the pool or on the grounds...the ladies at breakfast always suggested for me to try the gravy with biscuits since I never ate that before..overall, my stay was pleasant, I would highly recommend it as I would stay there again....

Not too many food options in the area and no public transportation....it is far from the city life and no sight seeing around there

rooms are comfortable and the location is very good

that I was charged $10 a day to park my car at the property during my stay. I stayed for 7 days and was charged $70 extra on my bill. At check in, I asked where I can park and the receptionist never told me that I had to pay to park.

Pleasant, but definitely could improve on staff quality/professionalism.

Location was great, rooms were quite comfortable.

Micro fridge would be great if it was a mini fridge. Pool closed, and freindlier/more professional staff. The majority of the staff seemed like they didn't want to be there. There was one lady there that was bright smiling and seemed genuinely happy/pleased to serve. The rest seemed bothered if you wanted help. The over night/early morning guy was constantly asleep on the lobby couch. When I checked out at 5am and asked if he could print out a receipt he begrudgingly obliged, but seemed upset that I interrupted his sleep.
